Went to get a night soda and the drink was flat! Went back to see if they can hook me up a good drink and I was met with we are having issues with the machine, gave them my drink with no offer of a refund or any compensation for the poor product they provided to me.You have to do better shame on you! Thank god you didn’t try to hit me up with a tip at sale because I would want my tip back.

Once the epitome of American drive-thrus, Sonic's heyday has faded. Recent years have seen a noticeable decline in overall quality, coupled with steep prices for lackluster meals. Even the drinks lack the care they once had in preparation, highlighting a glaring absence of quality control.It's disheartening to see Sonic, once renowned for its standards, now resembling an overpriced frozen dinner. Rising prices have failed to match the plummeting quality, as evidenced by the downgrade of their boxed chicken strip meal to cheap paper wrapping, and no longer accompanied by the beloved Texas toast.Parting with $11.00 for soggy chicken, cold fries, and a medium drink hardly seems worthwhile. While Sonic may cater to those seeking uninspiring fare, for those wanting at least decent quality and value, it disappoints.If you want cold fries with a bit of that stale flavor and soggy chicken then this is the place for you.

The service is always slow, food is less than good, drinks are diluted and my husband and I got the runs for a day and half after eating their food. I do not recommend this location at all.

Waited over an hour to get my food and people around were coming and going. Management and staff need to be corrected. 100% unacceptable. Not the 1st time I have had issues with this sonic. This is what happens when you have under trained people working. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend.

I’m giving 3 stars because I’ve had good service in the past but this recent one was just a bad one. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt that they’re busy. I ordered a foot long coney combo with tots and Powerade as well as a sonic cheeseburger combo with fries and dragon fruit refresher. When I got there I told the app which stall I was in. I waited about 20 minutes and a lot of cars have left at this point so I thought maybe they didn’t see. I called them through the red button and they said they’d have the food right out. When they brought it they forgot my coney. I called through the red button and let them know and he didn’t reply back to me when I told him. A lady came out with the coney and I said thank you and she just walked away. Again, it could’ve just been a bad day for them so I’ll try not to get too upset about it. When we got home though, we noticed our drinks were both super watered down in fact my Powerade tasted exactly like water. My tots had black burnt bits in them and were fully upside down in the bag. My coney and my boyfriends burger both tasted like they were left out for a while. It’s fast food so I can’t complain too much just think it’s worth noting if anyone wants to eat here. I think I’ll take a break from them for a while.

1st time stopping there. Super busy, staff was friendly service was quick. Mile down the road reached for my food, it was nothing that I ordered, called manager super apologetic n raincheck, the chicken meal that I got "by mistake" was pretty dang good.
