We ordered on the app and ordered two sodas and two corn dogs. The food and drinks took forever and we had to ask them twice for our order. This place needs new management or corporate to step in and fix the issues.

For starters I didn't get a receipt for my order. I payed for my order fully which was 41 dollars roughly, however a random order of stuff i never ordered popped up on the screen. It was a grilled and some sort of red drink this came out to about 9.56. I was told I wasn't going to get my food if I didn't pay for what came on screen, after I paid my original order. My mother had to pay 10.00 dollars in cash for something i didn't order nor did I receive the items after that was paid. Kaylee was my server.

This is the second time I ate at this Sonic in Rio rancho on 528 I gave it another try. It wasn't good my burger wasn't made right and the burger was horrible the cherry limeade taste like dirty water. The fries were nasty the whole meal was disgusting the only thing that was good that you can't get wrong is a corn dog. I will never go there again I'm done with Sonic I try to give it another shot and I was very disappointed I've never tasted a nasty burger like that in my life.

I ordered some food, and my fries were thrown into the bag upside down, causing them to spill to the bottom. I also requested ranch with my chicken tenders meal, but it was missing from the bag. When I went back to pick up the ranch, I had to wait another 10 minutes just to receive it. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience.

Horrible service. Don't order in a drive up stall unless you have all night to wait for cold food. After placing my order, paying and waiting 25 minutes, watching a dozen cars serviced in the drive thru, I went to the drive thru to ask for my food. I pull up a car length and an employee brings my food out but not my drink. Her excuse was that my food was not ready...if it's cold it was ready. Then they make my drink and let it sit on the counter I can clearly see as there are 2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru, sitting next to the employee texting on his phone. When I finally got up to the window the excuse was that he was training...glad to know he couldn't carry my drink 20ft to my car or my food out to the stall because he is training (his fingers) on his phone. Pathetic excuses for poor service. I get this is fast food and the expectations are already low but come on, do better.

VERY POOR SERVICE!! Employee taking order at the window kept laughing while taking our order, obviously having a conversation while getting our order and not paying attention. Our meal sizes were wrong….so much more to say!! JUST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

4 items from my order were wrong or missing, when I made it clear at the start that I had a somewhat large order, and I spoke slowly and clearly. I asked questions to verify they understood my order, and they still messed it up. Wait times were also insanely long, and I returned for a refund or to have my order corrected and was never helped so I just left. The food that I DID get was ok, but I just won't bother with the incorrect orders and long wait times.

Ordered on the app and arrived within minutes. Screen says order on the way after a few minutes of waiting. Proceed to wait 10 more minutes after that to get our now melted blasts. Also they didn't put in two of the mix-ins I paid for.

I would give it 0 damn stars but that's not an option. Do not go to this sonic if you're on limited time we waited over 40 minutes 2 burgers! Didn't even get them because it was 45 minutes later and had to go back to work

This is the worst place to eat. My son was excited he got gift card for Sonic for Christmas. We got Sonic place order no problem. We were in stall #5 waiting on our order. 2 other cars pull up. They get their orders and they leave. 2 more cars pull up they get their orders and we still don't get my sons order. 20 minutes later, we still don't have the double bacon cheeseburger my son order. I press the button the ladysaid we ate behind in orders. The 2 vehicle in the first stall got their food so I press the button again and ask for manager. She comes to the car I asked why the other cars have their orders and we don't. She said those were call ahead orders that's why they have their food. I can check to see where your order is. No I'm sorry or I apologize for the inconvenience for you not having your order. Funny thing about that was the car in the stall to my left was my neighbor. She asked why I left. I told her the manager said you called ahead for your order. My neighbor said that manager was lying. They didn't call ahead for any order. It's sad that paying customers are treated like this. It doesn't take 20 minutes to get 1 cheeseburger. That is ridiculous and you suck at customers service. The manager needs some training in being a manager and having empathy for customers. We come to this Sonic 2x every week and we will not be back.

Clearly this Sonic doesn't care about it's many bad reviews, otherwise things may be different by now. For months I've always had to deal with how long it takes to receive my order after placing it online. This is the closest sonic to us as well. But when we order online and check in, they immediately put that the order is on the way, meanwhile you're waiting 20+ for your order that was supposedly on the way. A while ago, they completely lost my order and had to remake it all because they want to cheat their times and say orders are on the way. And some of the employees are VERY rude.

Ava did not give me the correct order, became very smart attitude when I returned, after I mentioned I spent $16 dollars for food for lunch and just wanted what I ordered and paid for she smarted off and said ya inflation sucks. Horrible service, will not return.
