I have been visiting this establishment for several years and have consistently been impressed. The selection of beverages is exceptional, and I frequently opt for the wellness shot when I am feeling under the weather. This is a must-visit destination in Rio Rancho.

Avocado toast was very good, a bit pricy but the presentation and taste was worth it.

Squeezed has become a daily visit for me to get the Heaven on Earth smoothie and the Monkey Balls. I love how fresh and healthy everything seems to be as opposed to other establishments that serve these similar types of items. The employees are friendly, and the store is clean.

Best place in town, hands down. They just added Gourmet Toast and revamped the menu. It’s even better now! Highly highly recommend these new toasts- I’ve had their toast for breakfast three days in a row! Go check it out if you haven’t yet for sure!
Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free toast and let you add/substitute any ingredients!

Food is great but the two women working on 8/31/24 at 5:10pm were very rude. Receiving rude looks and eye rolls from these kids for the second time. If you hate your job so much find a different one

They wouldn't let me pay cash even though I offered them an 8 $ tip. They are going to lose buisness by not taking legal tender. How can you have a buisness and not take real money? Those kids in there can't count.
Acai bowls are decent not great, smoothies are bland. What is the worst about this place is that I always feel like I have to walk on eggshells. The employees always seem perturbed to be there and to help and sometimes are outright rude. It is truly a strange experience.
The workers we’re extremely off putting and rude when I was ordering and just had a bad attitude overall and I’ve been here many times and they’ve been like that every time

This is the best smoothie shop in the Albuquerque area. I have been coming here for years and am very picky. Every where else has, sherbet, added cane sugar, concentrate boxed juice, or dairy in every drink. This is truly healthy and it tastes good.

I just spent $12 on a smoothie that was at least 50% ice. It's supposed to be peach/mango but I can only taste banana.

This is awful. The owner is awful. The juice is worse. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT give your money to this business. Go elsewhere....I dont care where, but do not go here. They use child labor and take advantage of child labor. Tell everyone. Don't go here.
