I go into this location almost everyday for my standard very repetitive order. It is always done well and all the girls that do my orders are very nice and efficient Alex, Sage, Aaeri and Jesse and a few others always bring a warm happy feeling when I go get my favorite food. If your looking for good healthy food option and a great atmosphere go to this location in Rio Rancho!Parking: If the parking lot is full the hotel next door has some spots!

OWNER TRIED TO STEAL MY MONEY!I have been a customer of squeezed for many years, although after the treatment I received from the OWNER RYAN FELLOWS I will not be returning to ANY locations. RYAN is very unprofessional and sadly unaware of the ordering systems that his company uses and then will accuse you of trying to scam him. Instead of correcting mistakes (at the fault of the company) RYAN will BERATE, CURSE, and YELL at you, the worst customer service I have ever received. If I could put zero stars I would!EDIT: My picture depicts an order that was placed but apparently 'never existed'.How sad is it that this owner thinks that I'm trying to scam him out of 2 açaí bowls, ? the world is not against you friend calm down.

Placed an order on line, got to the store and they couldn't find the order. Manager was extremely rude. Lost my business.

I’ve been to squeeze juice several times. I do think it is more expensive than keva. My last visit was just insane. I went right after Valentine’s Day this year and the small smoothie was now priced at $10. I think this is 12 ounces. It was not the larger smoothie. On top of that they don’t list the prices. The worker said that the prices fluctuate by day because they get their fruit from farmers market. I was disappointed to pay almost $30 for 3 small smoothies. I like to know the price in advance not when I order.

Using my wife’s account as I assume this store can search up names at will, and judging from the owners replies to other reviews, I’d prefer not to be shamed. I’d like to start this off by saying that I’ve been here quite a lot in the past few months, I’d say 4-5. Lots of the employees come and go, so consistency isn’t exactly present here. Right now I’ve only seen the same 4 workers interchange, so my review will be based off that. There’s only been one worker who has stayed the whole time, the boy that works there, might be the manager. not exactly sure of his name. I usually come in the afternoon, and I’ve mostly been served by this boy. He’s very rude, loud (sings a lot with customers inside), and interrupts me or even the other workers while they’re talking. Acai bowls are liquidy I’ve noticed and the store is messier. You can tell he doesn’t care and probably gets off easier, there’s been times I considered to not come back because of this guy’s attitude. The other workers are okay for the most part. I’ve seen 3 others, all of them girls. I get acai bowls take long, but I’ll be waiting over 5 minutes for one when the store is empty. I’ve seen them grab cranberry bars or monkey balls with no gloves, and not package properly. Music is loud and at times inappropriate, but lately I haven’t noticed it as much. I’m unsure of all the names as the employees don’t have name tags, but they all have different distinctions. For example, there’s a shorter girl with glasses. She’s a sweetheart but I waited over 10 minutes once for her. She was by herself though so can’t judge, you can tell the store is short staffed and the employees are overworked. Great quality smoothie though just need more confidence. There’s a different girl with bright pink hair. Shy and quiet, had to ask her to speak up a couple times, but she’s a total sweetheart and you can tell she loves this job. Bowls are amazing quality, all she needs is more confidence =). Last girl I can’t really describe, but she’s fine too and very nice. Probably my favorite bowls are from her, but I came once before close and she told me she couldn’t make my bowl. As someone who has worked in the food industry, I understand.I support small businesses 100% but not when they’re overpriced and under-qualified. I will return in the future but not if this continues. There haven’t been many reviews for this place so I thought I’d speak up.

Only one person working. She didn't know how to make fresh squeezed juices. Bought two premade juices in a bottle and it came out to $28! Was surprised since there are no prices posted but thought it must be amazing and worth the price. I was wrong. They both tasted horrible.

WAS a reward member and new returning customer, until today... I showed up at 8:30 and was the first person in. I placed my order for two accia bowls and an iced tea, to go. 5 min later, two ladies came in and I listened to them place their order to go. 5 min later another gentleman came in to place an order then a police man 5 min after that. 5 min later the girlworking there told the ladies that there order was ready...I then asked what happened to my order and was told that it's very busy... I then asked for a refund and was told she couldn't do it but would take a picture..? Whatever. If I don't get my money back in 24 hours, I'll just dispute it with the cc company. Train your employees to serve the customer that comes in first, first...

The best thing I’ve ever had my jaw dropped with the smoothies the best service I believe the worker was Alexis

I understand that the cost of everything is going up, but leaving up old pricing and then changing your customers $76 for their 6 pack bundle that you’re clearly still showing for $56 literally on top of the cooler they just pulled their juice out of isn’t cool.Response to own: customer service and transparency to customers matter, you can have the best product in the world but charging customers $20 more at register than what’s clearly marked at fridge 3 feet away, be happy it’s not 1 star! I drove an hour to buy your products for you to not honor clearly advertised prices, I do this often and spend hundreds of dollars a trip but after this experience I will not be back.

$20 for a bowl and smoothie is crazy in my mind. The bowl was pretty good but the smoothie was rather bland. I can see why they don’t have their prices posted ?

Former work at SQUEEZED. They lie about most of their products being loca and organic. About 15-20% of their products are organic. The "pressed" orange juice that they put in the smoothies and such, it's regular gallon orange juice you'd get at store. They'd have servers take back their old fruits and vegetables to have the people that made the pressed juices to use, even if it wasn't usable. They have a policy for the servers to not have cash tips so the owners had control over the credit card tips. If you ever want to quit, just quit cause it's common practice to let you go during your two weeks anyways. They have stolen and withheld money on several of my coworkers checks which is why so many left. Just a horrible business and owners to support
