The employee's that works at this location are very rude. Idk if they hate their job or they hate their lifes, but there is no reason to treat customers poorly. I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt thinking it will be a better experience next time but nope its always the same horrible experience.

I absolutely love this Starbucks—and especially my adorable, festive barista! She always has the brightest, most cheerful attitude and goes out of her way to be kind, even asking if I need water. She truly brings light to my mornings. Thank you for being amazing and for making me look forward to my Cortado every day! All of the staff at this location are phenomenal! Keep up the great work! 🥰

Always here with the same drink as always was looking forward to having a coffee drink this morning after a long night shift and it wasn't made right this is my 3rd time it happened really sucks now I'll have to find a different spot for my drinks now but always good service!

This is my favorite location by far. The employees are always welcoming, quick, and kind. Even if I've gotten the wrong item, they're quick to fix it for me if not more. I'm always happy to tip this location whenever I go!

Asked for a drink to be made with almond milk instead of oatmilk because of a food allergy and then we drank it trustingly only to find it was made with oatmilk. The allergy creates severe stomach issues and we're on a road trip still for another 11 hours. Thank you for not following food safety procedures when you've been alerted of an ALLERGY.

Only been here a few times, and it’s never moved the needle. Not a big ‘review’ guy unless it’s warranted.

Regardless, ordered my drink in drive-thru, waited, had a different staff member come back and ask what I ordered — no biggie! That said, she hands me my drink, I drive off, first sip… lid pops off and spills a green latte all over my dress clothes.

Hot drinks, colored drinks, expensive drinks… not putting the lid on all the way? Day-1 stuff, and a negative day-altering customer experience.
