Only been here a few times, and it’s never moved the needle. Not a big ‘review’ guy unless it’s warranted.

Regardless, ordered my drink in drive-thru, waited, had a different staff member come back and ask what I ordered — no biggie! That said, she hands me my drink, I drive off, first sip… lid pops off and spills a green latte all over my dress clothes.

Hot drinks, colored drinks, expensive drinks… not putting the lid on all the way? Day-1 stuff, and a negative day-altering customer experience.

This has taken a long time but these ladies were absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I had car problems and just a hard day in general but the sweet girls came out and helped us till our vehicle got started again. We were embarrassed but these girls sat with us and helped made us feel very welcome with the outmost loving personalities. I don’t remember the girls names this was a couple months ago but thank you. Plus our coffees were perfect.

People in drive through line at closing time told to bad we've taken our last order of the day. Brushed to the side and told to go away. No wonder I never go to starsucks

I'm just tired of rude customer service. I bought a bunch of gift cards and asked if they had the gift sleeves. I was simply told, "We ran out". There was no signal that the transaction was complete, like a "Thank you", "Have a good day", things I would have always said when I worked in customer service.

Why in the world would a Starbucks be open on thanksgiving? Do you really care more about your money than your associates? Greedy business. Guess you aren’t thankful for your workers . Absolutely gross.

Very rude staff soon as I walk in I get greeted but I get a dirty look and rude hello than as I order the lady with shoulder length curly hair makes a big deal about spelling my name so I spell it for her and show her the name on my card than she rudely tells me the machine is over when I was showing her my card to spell my name than later I had to wait until people who ordered after me got their order so I asked if they called my order and found it and the lady told me "I guess your name didn't make it on the order haha " I found it rude condescending a d like she did it on purpose all because I was trying to help her spell my name ... I hope they don't treat the rest of the customers this way because this will hurt a business quickly in the pocket books. 47714 10:02am 31-oct-2024

I asked for a tall hot cup with 3 shots and steamed breve, I got to the window and its in a short cup , so I tell the barista it's not what I ordered, I told her I asked for it in a tall, it's all about the ratio , so she takes it back I thought to remake it but no, they poured the short cup into a tall, by this point the drink is less then Luke warm, I paid for a drink the I didn't drink, I'll never go to that Starbucks again, I'm actually calling there corporate offices.

The best starbucks around! They always make my drinks look and taste how they are supposed to. They aren't watered down compared to other starbucks. My new stop and sip location.

A dark haired girl working the drive through at around 11:30am on 9/10/24 was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I told her my payment was going to be Apple Pay and she just about threw it into my car. And proceeded to shake it in my face. The only reason I was using Apple Pay was because I have a cold and it’s supposed to be touchless? Then proceeded to verbalize rude comments. I’ve had issues with this barista before, she never wears her badge so I can’t get her name, may need to reevaluate her Starbucks mission statement.

Horrible. I am so disappointed with this place! Waited for my drinks and food for 15 minutes. Customers behind me got their drinks before me. I asked for my money back. I will never go there again. So disappointed with their management system. Do something better!!

I used to order daily and they knew me (I have a problem I know) but now I only go once or twice a week. I’ve sat inside to work but mostly I use the drive thru. They are always super friendly and kind and I’ve never had an order messed up (except ordering thru DoorDash).

I came last night and was having a bit of a sad day and I didn’t say anything but when I got my drink there was a smiley on the top and it just made me so happy. Felt as if I should share that as well as the service I’ve had here through the four years I’ve been ordering!

We didn't dine in but we picked up a mobile order. Our breakfast and our coffee was Perfecto! The staff were super friendly too. What a great way to start our day.
