Total stranger (on staff) asks a total stranger (customer) personal chit chat. Ignoring doesn’t help. Doofus asks again. Other, better locations with well trained staff say “Good morning. Welcome to Starbucks. How may I help you?” Go elsewhere.

New ingredients in the drinks is terrible! We ordered drinks had to ask for a new order because they were so extremely bitter. Our new drinks are also bitter. The lady mentioned a new powder they got in to the lady in front of me but why are all the drinks so bitter? So sad. Starbucks is going down hill

the app doesn’t let me order water and it makes then roll their eyes at me when i ask in person . each time . especially the guy who worked 1/15 am
The baristas work their booty off and are never lazy, however, this place takes the longest for food. Their set up is like no other starbies. The drive thru person should NOT also be responsible for hot foods. It would eliminate most of the wait time if there was just a hot food person. It wasn’t “busy” but the drive thru was backed up due to hot food needs and mine too 12 minutes from ordering INSIDE.

When given a card to run, in the drive-thru, the employees of this location put the card reader in your face for you to add a tip. While I'm not against tipping in general, creating an expectation for a tip when drive-thrus aren't a tipping occasion, and inconveniencing the driver, making them put their fingers on the same screen as every customer before them, is a frustrating practice and in my experience it is this location that consistently does it.

Drive through experience was good. Friendly and helpful staff. I only go for seaonal items. This time it was the pumpkin chai iced latte. So dang good.

Came in to order 3 drinks and a bagel. We sat and watched about 20 people order after us, while the kids ate their bagel. Never got our drinks, and literally watched all those people in after us, order, then leave with their drinks. Finally said something, and the lady up front made some stupid excuse and shooed me away. Waited about 8 more mins before I asked for a refund. They weren't even making our drinks. If she made a mistake, that's fine, but customer service is absolutely not a concern here. Getting on top of our drinks, even if she forgot to put in our order, because she knew how long we had been there would've been nice. Unless you've got about 30 minutes to wait for coffee, skip this location, they're inefficient, and don't care about your business anyway. Rise and Roast up the street was fantastic, pistachio latte was even better than SB!
This is my favorite Starbucks location. The drinks are consistently good and the staff is friendly. I recently had a problem with my order and the staff went above and beyond to help.

I have been getting the same 3 drinks from Starbucks for about 25 yrs from this location and all the other locations in Rio Rancho, surrounding areas as well as in many states while traveling over the years. I’m sorry to say this is the one I have my doubts about every time, given them so many chances and every time the drink disappoints and I only go to this one 1-2 times a yr. The employees are nice & friendly, have good food and fast service, reason for rating 3 stars. Not sure how a basic white chocolate mocha can taste like a vanilla steamer.
