I love Starbucks but we had to wait SO long at the one and when we got our iced Lavender matcha oatmilk drink, it was the worst one we've ever gotten with just barely any Lavender foam at all. We were very disappointed

Just ordered a Matcha Latte & a grill cheese sandwich from this location. I arrived at this location within 3-4 mins of placing the order and my grill cheese was already on the counter, but my drink was not present. The kid at the counter saw me pick up my sandwich and, asked me if I was Leslie. I told him I was and he said he was working on my drink at that moment. I said ok and as I waited I observed another worker start my drink. Then as I stood there watching him make my drink, he proceeded to pour my matcha between my cup and the mixer it was made in multiple times. All the while he spilled part of my drink all over the outside of the cup. Then walked over grabbed a clean cup & poured my drink into that cup, putting a lid & the sticker on it, then called our my name as he slid it on thy counter. I opened the lid, there was no foam on thy top of my Matcha & the cup was 3/4 full. This is not the first time I have received a partially filled drink from this location. Will NOT return to this location ever again. The first 2 pics are from 01/02 & the last 3 are from today. So disappointing 😞

This place is near my home which us why I stop here . Its hit or miss if you get the correct order or if u get water and cream. Service is ok in the afternoon but the best service is in the morning. They never have muffins at this location and they dont serve decaf after 11am but dont tell you so if your ordering decaf you may get regular or espresso !
Tried Milano Luna dark for first time - very good. Hope you keep brewing this.
The barista who helped me was very personable and helpful. Wish I remembered her name. Think it was Angel or Angie. She ground up some beans for me.
She went out of her way to assist me. I’m old school and I like genuine customer service and that’s what she provided. Thank you.
I may come back here. As a general comment Starbucks as a company has gotten way too immersed in “technology”. Apps, pre- orders, etc. The company needs to refocus on actually engaging with customers like they are human beings, not some phone app or Amazon order.
My experience today gave me a little hope. Please continue.

A huge thank you to the very nice drive thru lady that helped me with my order at about 2:45 today. I was heading into work and was very spacey and not making a whole lot of sense but you handled it like a pro! ???? Drink was delicious of course
Frankly, I was blown away by this location. Five days this week I had obligations on this side of town and was in this location from 3:30 to 6:30. It was clean, incredibly friendly staff, and every day at 4:30 about 30 Kids walked in from the Ask Academy school. The staff treated them with respect, gave out free waters, and just overall were pleasant. The location was super busy but still manages to say hello and goodbye when the door opened. Very impressive culture.

Extremely slow every time I come here (which isn't often because I try to avoid this location). I honestly wouldn't mind waiting a little bit if my order was correct. I asked for easy ice & my cup in 3/4 full of ice. On another occasion, my daughter ordered a brownie & 30 mins later after she went up to check on her order, they finally told her they were out. This location needs some serious training.
