Received the wrong coffees.... again. What is wrong with this location? They ask for you order, then they ask a ton of follow up questions that you already gave them, as if they didn't pay attention. Even the size. In this case I was put on hold (in the drive through) 3-4 minutes later my order was restated, again. My confidence failing, I picked up my two coffees. Two identical simple coffee Lattes is what I wanted and of course, it was wrong. To top it off, I drove off before I found out. $13 bucks in the trash. Folks if your going to charge this much for a warm suspension, you need to do better.

Idk what happened to this location!! The coffee here used to be delicious. Now, everytime I've gone, the coffee just tastes burnt! I've even had them remake it, but it still tasted burnt lol. I couldn't even finish it. And with how expensive these drinks are, you think they would be better quality. I hope they figure it out soon!

Brittney Cordova was a breath of fresh air. My wife and I were welcomed like regulars, even though this was our first visit. Starbucks has truly found a gem. We live within a half mile of a Starbucks but would happily travel any distance to have the service we received with Brittney Cordova.

This place is a joke. Placed a mobile order, it was never made and then when I tried to pick it up I was accused of not ordering the drink and placing the order at a different store. Despite me showing them the mobile receipt, they refused to acknowledge the mistake they made. They then proceeded to tell me they would "let it slide this time." What a joke. Spend $8 on a drink only to get abused and barely get what you ask for. Unreal.

The way they have the drive through set up with pylons requires a 90 degree turn, which is impossible for any car without hitting the pylons or having to back up and reposition. Worst drive through layout I have ever seen!Parking: Limited parking, drive through layout is extremely poor

I'm not willing to spend so much on something so inconsistent. Every time I'm hoping for that amazing coffee I had a couple years back since I don't go much. But most of the time lately is waterie and acidic and most of the time if I'm headed home I wait until I can ad stuff at home to make it better.
