About a month ago I went to Albertson's because it's the closest location to my house. The 2 girls who were working there that morning when they opened? Acted like I was interrupting their funny conversation, and couldn't be bothered to wait on me. I ordered two cheese danishes.. toasted and a macadamia nut cold brew. The cup was set on the counter and no one called me. I just stood there for several minutes waiting for my cheese danishes. No one asked me any questions they just kept giggling and talking to each other. Finally I said is my cheese Danish ready? She said "Oh, I forgot to charge you for that." I said "Why, That was the first thing that I said. And I am the only customer here." And then they didn't give it to me, or even say sorry ? and they didn't try to make it up to me. In fact they could have cared less, and I haven't been back to Starbucks ever since! I was a 2 to $3,000 a year customer since 2000. Scooters is better anyway! And they don't act like I'm interrupting them when I order something. At Albertson's ?All the tables and floors are dirty in there too, and there's flies everywhere. The chairs are by the bathroom. It's just yucky. Maybe you should tell your employees that the customer comes first and the conversations with other employees from Albertsons and other employees that they're working with can wait until you have finished with your customer.
