Definitely my favorite location to grab a quick coffee while grocery shopping, baristas Eleni and Aspen are always so friendly and caring, always deliver great customer service and make my drink perfect every time! Keep up the awesome work!

Barista Aspen was very rude, unprofessional and argumentative. I ordered a trenta without ice and she literally filled the cup to the halfway mark and refused to fill it up and said that her store director told her she can't unless its with ice. 1st its wrong to give a customer half of a drink for full price and 2nd its wrong to put your employee in a very bad position by making this ridiculous rule. I'll be sure to drive the extra distance to a real Starbucks where they don't have the same ridiculous service and rules.

Calti was so rude. I said good morning and she rolled her eyes—didn’t crack a smile. Normally this makes me wonder if she is having a bad day but this girl is ALWAYS like this. Then I gave her my order and asked for light ice; she showed me on the cup how full my drink would be—2/3 full MAYBE by where she pointed. I said that’s not right—just because I want less ice. She just looked at me and held up the cup again and pointed how much drink there would be. I left and so did my 2 friends. Starbucks usually has such positive employees!! I won’t go there—my neighborhood—if she is behind the counter. She needs to be educated on her customer service skills! She should be greeting customers with a smile—I don’t think I’ve EVER seen her smile. She was not busy, especially since 3 of us who only wanted a breakfast sandwich and a drink left!

Baristas were very unprofessional. She seemed very annoyed when I asked for her to make sure my drink is dairy free since I have a really bad allergy (They’re not busy at all). She even rolled out her eyes so I had to watch her make my drink to make sure she makes my drink correctly.

Waited 20 minutes for a $6 iced cold brewed that tasted like water. Recommend going to the full establishment. My spinach wrap was at least hot.

This location often forgets to include utensils. They gave me a fork for my egg bites but, no spoon for my oatmeal. Not a real big deal.

They take soooooo long and the coffee is awful. It doesn’t taste anything like what you get at other Starbucks locations. This is not a result of food shortages and the pandemic - it has been this way for years.

The service has gone down. I used to come here every morning for coffee and the staff was great. Lately I rarely come because the baristas don’t make the drinks correctly, even when I tell them the way it’s made. Today they tried to charge me $7 for a coffee that I get all the time and costs $5.65, even at that they charged me $6.35. It’s not even the money that matters, it’s being able to count on getting a good experience and for the past few months it just hasn’t been. I’ll drive the extra time and distance to go somewhere else because something is consistently wrong when I get coffee here.
