The Employee Max was COMPLETELY rude to my elderly mother. She received a sandwich that she orders quite often from this location and it was just not up to the normal standards, an almost empty piece of bread, my mom called to see if they would have it remade and he refused and tried to blame DoorDash for the inconsistency of the sandwich when I called to see why and explain she needs it remade he hung up on me. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Nicky (assistant manager in training) very nice patient and willing to help resolve the issue

Food is always great, always get my order right
We don’t normally dine in but we decided to today to eat before I go to work but the booths are all dirty…store needs more cleaning

Beware if you are ordering from this location! This was the 3rd Chance we had given this restaurant and this is the 3rd consecutive time our order has been wrong. My sandwich was so burnt I had to remove the top layer of the bread just to eat it because it was so dry. Also there was no cheese on it and none of the extra veggies we ordered. The bread was so dry I had to add extra Mayo at home just to eat it. My husbands sandwich also had little to none of the veggies he ordered on his sandwich either. To top it off we ordered 2 Chocolate Chip Cookies and 1 Rasberry Cheesecake cookie. We received 3 Raspberry Cookies and No Chocolate Chip. I'm not sure why this location has gone down hill so much but we are tired of wasting our money for ingredients we paid for on our Sandwiches and not getting any or barely enough veggies to even cover the bread! Unless you want to order inside and babysit what they put on your order go to another location!

The service could be better here. It’s run by a bunch of teenagers sometimes they’re nice, but sometimes they’re moody.

There two people working when we arrived at 330 pm. The line was very long plus they had my call in order and a grub hub order They were very quick and polite. When we got home to eat the food was fantastic! A job well done and appreciated!

Good healthy sandwich

When I come it to eat at subway I really don’t want my food and atmosphere ruined by the smell pot coming from the employees. If they want to sit and smoke they can do it at home.

Walked in, there were two people in front of me. They were helped as soon as I got in line. 3 people were on the food line helping them after they got through the line I waited way too long with zero acknowledgment of even being there. Waited a bit longer and finally just left. Everyone was more concentrated on what looked like online orders instead of helping myself and 3 other people in line behind me. If that’s what you guys are going to prioritize then hire someone separate to just do that. Very poor service this time around.

Ordered the nacho footlong, it was burnt with basically no meat and poor customer service. The manager there argued with me over the phone instead of apologizing. Never again. I wish I could post a picture.

The Subway on Southern is the only one I’ll go to. I’ve tried others in Rio Rancho and Albuquerque, but nothing compares to this one. It’s just better — plain and simple.

Heather is the reason. She’s fast, friendly, and makes everything feel effortless. She keeps things moving but still makes it personal. The rest of the team follows her lead — it’s a solid crew.

The bread here is always fresh (seriously, not like the hit-or-miss stuff at other locations), and my go-to — the #15 loaded with veggies and green chile — hits every time. Even the soup is hot, the cookies are soft, and it all just feels right.

If you want the best version of what Subway should be, it’s this one. No stress, no attitude — just good food and people who care.

I never go here anymore. The quality has really been lowered since covid and the servers seem mostly unenthusiastic. The atmosphere? What can I say? It's okay for a fast food restaurant.
