Female worker always gives me problems with coupons and trys to say I ordered a menu item just because the sandwich is ordered had meats on it that are on a specific menu sandwich.
There's meat on that sandwich 😊

My husband and I will come to this location maybe a couple times a year. It’s need been the best nor the worst so I really haven’t needed to comment until today. We came in to get a couple of sandwiches, there was no one in line as a person was leaving as we were walking in. We were greeted and sandwiches made quickly and then we left. Got home and started eating and not half way through the first half I pulled out a large piece of plastic wrap! I went back to the store as we didn’t live too far to go back. I walked in with the sandwich and piece of plastic wrap, I told the male employee that I found a piece of plastic glove in my sandwich. The female worker came took the sandwich threw it away and said she will make another one. No apology no nothing. I overheard her tell the male employee oh it’s the plastic wrap from the food like it was nothing and it happens all the time. Poor customer service and acknowledgment of the safety hazard with handling foods.
Never had good service here, but the food was consistent, so I put up with it every time and moved on. But tonight I didn't get the chance. The employee close the store almost 30 minutes early and just looked at me like I was the problem. Lazy unchecked employees with poor accountability...
Low key
Our table was dirty so my wife asked one of the employees for a rag and his response was we don't have any cleaning tools. Not very friendly at all!!
Love this place, but the workers act like they're always in a bad mood.
This place is terrible. I walked in one evening for sandwiches and a girl working behind the counter sees me approach. I notice she's busy making a sandwich presumably for a phone in order as I am the only one standing in there (maybe now I know why) l. After 15 minutes she doesn't have the basic customer service skills to take the ear bud out of her ear and simply say, "I'll be right with you" another employee walks out from the back and proceeds to change the printer paper on the register and also is not capable of acknowledging that someone has been standing there. After he's done he proceeds to walk to the back and never offers to help after he returns. After another 5 minutes I walked out and they never even lifted their heads. I will never walk in that place again.
DO NOT PURCHASE AT THIS LOCATION NOR USE THEIR ONLINE SYSTEM. THEY DO NOT PROCESS ORDERS ONLINE BUT GREEDY ENOUGH TO CHARGE YOUR CARD.
Ordered online, never got meals, zero customer service to help resolve charges. The best we got from them was "just wait and see if system drops order".

I tried to call in an order before they closed and wouldn't open the door
I don't know why I keep ordering online. These kids don't know how to read every single time they mess up our sandwiches every single time. I have the ticket. It clearly reads what I ordered but yet on the sandwiches they literally mixed up the ingredients. It's like they do it on on purpose
The food wasn't bad and the 2 young sandwich makers were great, although obviously very distraught.
The short story: manager/staff member's poor attitude ruined everyone's night.
On 5/31/2024 my wife and I stopped in around 730pm after the gym.
An older lady, older than the other 2 workers, was mopping the entry and as we pulled up; a look of bother was on her face. I asked if they were open and she didn't say a word, just slightly nodded.
Once inside we could tell the atmosphere was negative. As a young kid came from cleaning the bathroom she asked him very condescendingly if he actually did it right or if she'd have to show him how. He then proceeded to take our order to the best of his ability but the older lady started moving tables and dropping things as if to audibly show her frustration.
The kid taking our order had to ask multiple times what we wanted but it was obvious it was due to the fact he couldn't concentrate due to what the older lady was doing. The other young lady behind the counter began filling the rest of our order but the experience with her was the same.
Older lady goes to the bathroom and comes out, slams her palms on the checkout counter and loudy states when they're done, they both need to follow her as "it was all wrong."
I really had to bite my tongue this night. I am in a management myself, so I understand things can get frustrating but that is no way to ever act with those you are entrusted to train.
I didn't even bother talking to anyone at corporate or possibly another superior as we all know it's just going to be a generic run around. These young kids are just trying to work, neither them or paying customers deserve that.
