I ordered my order online about 5:10 and didn't receive it until 6:40. Online it said it was ready in 10 to 15 minutes. And I sat down in the restaurant and waited an hour and a half, they didn't even offer me water or a discount or anything. When I got home my whole sushi roll was on its side and I almost swallowed some plastic that was still around one of the rolls. Come on guys!

Ordered a to-go order from Uber Eats. Took them an 2 hours to complete. First, they lost the ticket. Then forgot to put in the order. Which then led to the restaurant continuously complete other in house orders first. I felt terrible for the uber delivery driver, thank god he stuck it out in there for so long. I received my order with the outside container covered in avocado and other sauces. The sushi rolls were okay. Honestly wouldn’t go back even in house based on other reviews of the service.

Probably the absolute worst sushi/ramen place I’ve everbeen to. The employees added $10 to the $5 tip I left. And I was being generous with $5. The place was extremely disorganized, the staff kept mixing up orders, the ramen broth was not flavorful at all, they gave me a hard boiled egg instead of a soft boiled one, they stole money from me, I could go on and on. If it weren’t for not having the receipt anymore, I would have gone to my bank to recoup the $10 they undeservingly added to my tab. I will NEVER come here again.

The service was terrible. The food had no flavor, I will never return to this restaurant again.. I don’t recommend it if I could give it zero stars I would. But the chef was very friendly. That’s all I can say. The waitress didn’t even come to see if we needed anything. We had to wave her down every time we needed a napkin or a soda. I do not recommend this place at all.

Monday night, not busy. Sea weed salad took 20 mins, waited an hour for sushi and gave up. I should have read the reviews. I ate here when I was sushi king, don’t know what happened. Also no posted approved health code sticker. Contacting the health department tomorrow.
