Staff was very attentive and kind. No waiting, food was fast and fresh.
Good food just a but pricey.
Service was really good though. More of a place for small group. Drinks didn't taste great.
I walked in there 10 minutes before they closed they denied service because they already closed up. Had a long day. Just wanted sushi, but they refused.
I have literally been waiting here for two hours for sushi. 3 rolls, a miso soup, and a green salad. My order was placed at 8pm. It is now 9:57pm. Multiple people have come in, placed to go orders, and gotten their food while I still wait. It is after closing and they have cleared everyone out of the store aside from myself and one other couple who placed their orders around the same time as me. We have watched multiple people come and go and all he keeps telling us is it's coming soon. But he continued to finish new orders coming in instead of the ones that had been submitted. I will not be coming back. We are frequent customers and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. It is beyond being short staffed or rolling slowly. It is the complete inability to manage time related tasks. And to top it off the sushi chef was visibly drunk. I finally got my food about 10:15pm and i was the very last customer in the building. When we did get our food home the food was horrible. It wasn't rolled correctly and fell apart, and there was an entire roll extra from what we ordered that we couldn't identify the protein in but it was definitely some type of tempura something of which could have made my wife very sick had she eaten as she has celiac disease. The eel was overcooked. My side of eel sauce was missing. The miso soup was cold. I should have canceled the order at one point but it was the one food my wife really wanted.

Ordered my food at 8p.m for an 830p.m pickup. It is now 10p.m and I'm still waiting for the food. They helped everyone else that came after me. The waitress although she may be kind seemed to be more interested in what was happening on her phone. This is completely unprofessional. We are paying customers too and I understand having to wait but considering I'm still waiting here for the food is unacceptable. I will be finding a new sushi place from now on. If Kai is the manager I hope he reads these and decides to do something about it. Obviously it is a problem. The food may be good but not if you have to wait several hours to get it.
Horrible service. My online order for 7:30 wasn't ready until 8:45. I saw other people waiting over an hour for their food as well.
Ordered food online. Arrived at 2:45pm. I was told that the employees had just shown up, and they would make my order right away. The sign out front says open at 11am. The smell inside the restaurant is horrible. I immediately had them refund my order and went elsewhere. Would not recommend.
I love this place but the reason I gave it a one star is because I ordered online (about $45 worth of food) and when I got there to pick it up, they were closed. I called, left a message asking them to give me a call back so we can figure out a refund situation and had not heard back.
The waitress was very kind. We waited over an hour for our food. The guy making the sushi rolls started yelling at the old guy who was cooking food. Then the music was turned up so loud I could hardly hear my husband talk. We finally went to the kind waitress and told her we will just pay for what we got. She said it was on the house and we left. I do not recommend this place to anyone!
Ordered food already paid for the restaurant was closed when I got there waited they finally opened 45 minutes late waited another hour to get the food get home they were missing half the order they offered to Uber it to my house i went back to pick it up as the Uber would be another hour

The rolls were not good. Sloppily made with mostly rice. The eel roll had very little eel inside. Go somewhere else for sushi.
Quite literally waiting for over 40 minutes for my order to even be started. They got to someone’s food who ordered after me before they even did mine. They are never open when the hours say so. If the food wasn’t so darn good I would

We ordered 2 hours in advance. We were never acknowledged for our pickup. There were ppl waiting there longer for pickups. Worst experience ever and we never even got to try it.
Terrible experience. I ordered take out as the only person here and people came in at least 15 minutes after me and received their entire order before my food even came out. I asked what was going on and they said they were waiting on Edemame...this whole experience was just unorganized.
I ordered food through their app. I was given a time of 20 minutes to pick up food. After 20 minutes I get a phone call stating they are behind and will have my food in 20 mins. I go to pick up my food and get handed a bag with half the order. I was told that they couldn’t make all the food and so they gave me a refund for the rest handed me the food and locked the door! So now I have to find somewhere else to get the rest of my family food. They should have told me they couldn’t make my food for everyone and I would have gone elsewhere and requested a full refund. Ohh and the food they gave was absolutely disgusting and no one could eat it! Will never go back there. If I could give zero stars I would.
