The sushi and food were nothing short of exquisite, each bite bursting with fresh, mouthwatering flavors. I went in on a random weekday and had an amazing experience. When I walked in, I was greeted by Janelle who was very lovely. I sat at the bar and was welcomed by Chef Kai who was preparing the sushi. He was very kind and courteous. Watching him prepare the sushi was a beautiful sight. He was very delicate and I could see the craft and effort he put into the food.This craft and effort translated to some of the best Sushi that I have had in Albuquerque.
