The nachos were mainly chips, and if a chip happened to have anything on it, then it was soft. Bit appealing at all. This was the first and last time I will ever eat there again.

I don't know what happened at our location Unser Blvd, but I guess around 8:00 P.m. is 'not' the time to dine this location. From my order being wrong to finding a tiny cut hair in my food to the Salsa Bar looking absolutely atrocious or the Green Chile not even being available at the Salsa Bar... Just unfortunate. Also, 'if' you're out of something, like being out of guacamole, let the customer know 'before' placing their order. This isn't an employee issue. It is indeed a management issue. What needs to happen is either GM or otherwise, needs to Secret Shop in the evenings... Very sad!! This 'was' my number 1. Place to eat here in Rio Rancho.

Horrible experience. Went to the Unser location. Ordered a fajita chicken taco. Opened it up and saw 3 small strips of chicken. That's it. My friend found a hair in her taco salad. She took it back and told them to throw the salad away and make her a new one. They did.
