Not worth the price I wouldn't stay here if they paid me
My grandparents bought a condo here over twenty years ago. The property was so beautifully kept at that time. It's so sad to see how downhill this complex has gotten. The property managers make 6 figures a year and use the Greens to run their realty company. It's unethical. All while neglecting to take care of the many residencies, many of which are owned by elderly, who can't take care of the condos on their own. They are rude and hateful and don't take pride in their complex and it shows
I'm writing this on my husband's account. My husband and I bought a condo here over 15 years ago. It was quiet and the grounds were beautiful at that time. That's not the case any longer. The property managers don't seem to be concerned if the place is falling apart as evidenced by the decline in the care of the property. They rent to people who are loud, have parties and do not respect the grounds. Our neighbor is a renter who smokes so heavily we have to put foil over our vents due to the smell. There is no smoking allowed in rentals; the property manager herself said this. We have complained about the smoking on numerous occasions but nothing has been done. The manager's response to us was that there's a firewall so there's no way we would smell the cigarette smoke. However, the smoke can still be smelled through the vents.Furthermore, there are no animals allowed except for therapy dogs yet, they've allowed people to move in with pets that are clearly not therapy pets. No rules seem to apply here anymore. The grounds have deteriorated tremendously over the years. We have pictures to prove it.The property managers' son takes care of the grounds. From what we've seen on the budget, they pay him $40,000/year to take care of the property but you would never know it by its condition. I have such a long list about the property managers' disregard for for the complex. If it weren't for the fact that we outright own our place, (no mortgage) and the housing prices were not through the roof, we would be out of here. It's just downright disgusting how they choose to operate. The Greens is sorely in need of new management.

My oldest son is looking for a place to call his own and we went to a showing tonight and we all fell in love with the place. Hoping my son will be the lucky one that gets it since it is right next door to the Fairways where my daughter lives.
the ceiling was caving in there was roaches spiders after the manager said she had not seen one bug noisy neighbors drunk and fighting if you get the unsettling feeling of death you want to be here as there's alot of elderys that pass here
I lived there for over 10 years. My owners were the best. They remodeled my unit beautifully. The complex managers are disgusting mean hateful people who run their own realty business out of the complex office. They are rude n will only fix things if forced to. They are using this complex as their piggy bank.
My mother moved into The Greens over 25 years ago when it was a nicely kept facility. At that time she paid about 85k. After years of neglectful yet arrogant and bullying management tactics, The Greens has become shabby. The lacklustre grounds keeping perfectly compliments the poorly kept
Excellent well maintained community
Lovely place and very nice people.

Although they still advertise a golf course, it has been defunct for several years. The golf course is just open space with tumble weeds. The ponds are gone and there's nothing there except a graffiti covered club house that has been closed for years.
This is one of the most well maintained community. Yes there are rules to live there. That is why it is very safe and still in great condition for its age.
Excellent well maintained community
The older grounds keeper is a racist, I felt threatened and extremely disgusted by their employees who racially profile residence visitors.
Awfully rude people running it,not a very pleasant place to live!!!
