Best paletas in town and the best place to get the Dubai Chocolate Strawberry cups highly recommended great service!!

They sold us rotten tasting sour soggy strawberries in our Dubai strawberry cup… no pistachio sauce all chocolate and they charged us a large in a small cup. These are not cheap… I was so disappointed when I received my order. Never again!

What a great place. These guys are a little hidden gem here in Rio Rancho. We were craving some dessert and decided to give this place a try. I had a mango chile paleta with chamoy, tajin, and fresh watermelon. My wife went with the pistachio dipped in chocolate and added strawberries and the little crispy strands from Dubai chocolate. Both were amazing and the young people working there were very friendly and helpful. Already looking forward to next time.

I would normally give 5 stars, but the new ownership is why I dropped it down. They have gotten rid of the reward system through Clover. And any and all accumulated rewards are completely gone and unable to be used or transferred. They do not offer a new sort of rewards system either. I would rather drive the extra 10 minutes to cottonwood at that point. The staff was rude when I asked about why I couldn’t check in on clover. Then said the machine was out of paper and had to be refilled to get me one. The girl left and went to the bathroom. Then came back and changed the paper to then print a receipt.

The best place in Rio Rancho to take the family for dessert you will no be disappointed the Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cup is a must try and their Agua fresca of Pistacho is the best great costumer service from all staff

Jasmine is wonderful! She is so nice and understanding. She makes everything amazing. It is pretty annoying how the owners or management get upset at the amazing workers for making the strawberry Dubai chocolate to the customers taste. If I’m paying $15 I don’t want all chocolate. I’m paying for the pistachio ingredients not a drizzle of pistachio cream and all chocolate and strawberries. This is not at all jasmines fault she is following horrible instructions by her higher ups. Hope they change their stingy ways.

The girls who worked there tonight were absolutely amazing. They greeted us right away and did so with any one who walked in. They did NOT skimp on the Dubai chocolate strawberries. It was delicious and worth the money. They layered it perfectly that every bite had the perfect amount. Highly recommend this location!!

Called to ask hours was told 9. Arrived at 8:20. 10 min after I called and was told they were closed? Couldve saved me the drive by saying correct hours.

Just about any flavor, you can think of. Great service and the Paletas were fantastic. Gotta try it if you haven’t already!
