Staff working when noticeably intoxicated, Long wait times on food and poor bar service. Owner is arrogant.

Me and my wife and kids went here on Dec 27th for my birthday dinner and we had the worst everything here so we get sat down and we are waiting for someone to come take our order, Finally someone comes and at first she is really nice then she takes our dink and appetizer, well we get our appetizer and two bites deep I find the longest wavy hair from one of the cooks in my green chili cheese fries so I let the waitress know she take it back they remake it by this time we already ordered our food and we both got Burgers and we asked for medium rare burger and let me tell you those burgers were so burnt I could have used it as a hockey puck then the whole time this was happening the waitress was like beyond awkward and making us feel uncomfortable she would just stand there and watch us eat then when we get to the check she actually said (“we didn’t charge you for those fries cause we kinda scorched your burger and normally we would cause YOU did order them”) and I just paid for the two burgers and kids nuggets and left but this is so sad and I would be embarrassed to send those burgers out at all the were BEYOND “kinda scorched” just putting this out there so everyone can know that they still charge you even if their worker can’t tie up their hair and burn your burgers and send them out

I eat here every weekend. I love the pizza and the Cobb salad is delicious. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Food was awful. “Green chile Alfredo” was a burnt mess that tasted like a cream sauce with 10 different spices. The chicken was pressed to death on the charbroiler and same with the hotdog roll they gave us with the pasta. The pizza was halfway mediocre, reminded me of the kits you buy at the store. Overall terrible experience.

Great atmosphere. Good drinks. Food is ok, but there is a variety of options to choose from. Atmosphere and relaxed environment makes for a great gathering of larger parties. Service is exceptional.

Barely cooked pizza, cold soggy burger. Unsynergetic Staff.

I was disappointed with the quality of both the food and service during my visit. The pizza was barely cooked, with the dough powdery and limp. The burger served to someone at my table was soggy, with a lukewarm patty that clearly had been prepared in advance and left to sit for too long. While I understand that the restaurant was busy, the service felt lackluster, and it seemed as though we were more of an inconvenience than valued customers.

Additionally, we were nearly seated at one of the worst tables in the restaurant, located in a high-traffic area where staff were constantly moving between cashing out and placing orders. It would of felt awkward and uncomfortable to be seated so close to the staff's working space, and I believe that table should be removed or relocated for better guest experience.

Overall, the lack of synergy among the staff and the unsatisfactory food experience has led me to reconsider supporting this business in the future, especially with rising menu prices that no longer seem to justify the quality of the experience.

This was my first visit at this location. I've been to the other one. I appreciate Logan being there to take care of me when I was hungry and made an effort to introduce himself in an enthusiastic, genuine way.
