Twisters Burgers and Burritos

RIP OFF, RIP OFF & RIP OFF. I called ahead and ordered a 3 enchilada shredded beef green. They said 10 minutes. Got there at 9.5 and expected to wait a little, but they hadn't even started the plate yet. WTH right? No body in the place and one car at pick up window. OK, I was going to wait and she said she would make it NOW. Then, a guy comes out and wants to charge me $19.32 for the plate on their menu that was $10.40. I told him I wasn't going to pay $19.32 for a enchilada plate. He wanted to argue and told me, that's what it is. I walked out. If I could give them a -10 rating, I would have. I'll NEVER EVER come back to this place again.

No one in the drive through no cars out front. My one cheese burger took 15min. Always so slow!

I continue to call and call the store about an issue with tonight's order and absolutely no one answers the phone. Uber Eats said I need to reach the store. Uber Eats lately is no help either so that sucks! Food is always tasty though!

I love twisters. Always have. But really… 30+minutes waiting in drive through then on top of that to have the Wrong order. Poor girl taking the drive-through was having it rough. But You do know extra large twister burrito is TWO burritos COVERED in fries, not one burrito with barely any fries. Which is what we got. Like seriously… I am still hangry even after finishing the food because I paid for way more food than what was served. Smh.. very disappointed with this place.

Actually the food I ordered wasn't what I wanted when I brought it home. I called the store to talk to a manager. Ashley was very very nice and helpful. She made things better. Thank you Ashley for your help and being so nice.

This store is so incompetent! I tried giving them a second chance but they can't ever get orders right. I specifically asked for no beans and they filled my burrito with beans. Seems like no biggie but what if I had been allergic? What makes it even more ridiculous is that its says no beans on the receipt they attached to the bag and it says no beans on the box my food was in!!

Haven’t been here in over a year as I moved away. Was so happy to have this again and was greatly disappointed.
The ham is 1/8 of the size it used to be it’s the size of 2 crumbs together and they sprinkled about 1 tablespoon in, and they were so dry it must’ve been under that lamp since 2020.
The potatoes were also dry and definitely another product of fast food greed.

Will not return to any Twisters ever. This was the nastiest food I’ve had all week.

Twisters off Southern stands out as my favorite in the area. In my opinion, it's a step above the other Twisters locations on the west side, and it even surpasses the Stripes across the street. The cooks really know their stuff, and I appreciate how attentive the staff is to custom orders - they nailed my 'white girl burrito' just right!

Very rude unprofessional management as well as employees. Cashiers are clearly on drugs, you have to ask to have your order repeated back to you and when management is requested they treat you as if your the problem. I’ve been a regular for years at this location and I will not be returning.

Went in to order my burrito in a bowl, as I can’t have the tortilla(gluten allergy) I ordered the #12 three meat biggie, first they called my name went up to get my order it was wrapped in a tortilla, so I told I needed it remade, they redid it I opened it up to eat there was no cheese and meat in the bowl so I had to go back up to the counter show they got mad and they still forgot to bacon and sausage in it the worst service I have every experienced here and I come here alot

My burrito had great structural integrity. Unsure why the bar has gotten so low, but this location does a great burrito fold, i love this twisters.

Had to go through the line twice because they messed up our order first time and then after cutting into my burrito the second time it was still wrong.. horrible service. Tried to eat what i had but it was swimming in sauce and tasted awful don't spend your money here.

I ordered breakfast burritos for my kids from here and unfortunately my daughter bit into twist tie! I've never really been one for twisters thought I'd let my kids give it a try. They will probably never want from here again

Ordered All American Burger Combo Recieved Order In A Very Timely Manner Should Have Checked The Box.....Proceeded To Drive Home Less Then 1 Minute Home Sat Down To Eat A Late Dinner And To My Surprise A Cold Burger And Fries Definitely Cooked Much Earlier Even All The Color Was A Smorgasbord.....Made A Call To Speak To Person In Charge Waited 5 Minutes With No Answer Probably Why Numbers At This Location Are In Question. This Location Has Made Better Decisions In Putting A Better Opening Manager I've Had No Issues Thank You Twisters Regional For Providing This To Our Neighborhood. I Did Recieve A Refund For My Meal But Would Not Trust The Very Young Personal Which Is Probably The Problem No I'm Sorry Or Anything Professional 😐. Please Take A Very Good Look At Stire Numbers And Complaints Because The Neighborhood All Stick Together. Thanx For Your Time And Hope Changes Will Be Made For Our Locals.
