Wow š¤Æ! My mother and I used to go to Vietnamese rice and she loved it so much. She would bring her friends from intel. The food was GREAT and the service WAS amazing bringing us back everytimeā¦my mom would always recommend Vietnamese rice for food when we did take out or sit down. My mother passed away and so I brought my friends and my husband here. I canāt believe how much itās gone downhill. Iām so disappointed. Iām super bummed bc this was āourā place, and we were treated like fools. The front kid who takes orders is absolutely irritating to make an order over the phone with. So we asked to speak with Jenny bc heās a kid and doesnāt take our order right. He then tells us that asking for Jenny wonāt get us any special discounts! We never asked for discounts! We only wanted our order to be right! How offensive! We asked for Jenny bc she understood and got our order right. We placed an order and he left it on the counter and went to the restroom, by the Time we showed up to pick up our food. He was still in the bathroom and our order was still Sitting on the counter! Gross he was taking a crap while we were on our way! Nothing was sent to the kitchen and my husband had to sit out in the parking lot and wait for the order to be made. We feel that we have been completely offended. Another time I went to go get my food they missed the chili and gave me chili on the side. This kind of chili you have to cook in the food for the chili to Make any kind of difference in the dish. I honestly couldāve made it myself. I have to say Iām very disappointed because I really like to be at rice, but I will go out of my way to pick up food from another place from now on. Now, my husband is offended because he feels like he did something wrong when all he did was try to get his order right!

This gem of a place is clean, quiet, artistic and the food and service are wonderful. Iāve ordered several entrees but my current fav treat is the avocado smoothie which I get with half sweetness (DD loves the mango one which is also delicious). Food is fresh and freshly prepared. Bon apetit!
