We often come to Village Inn as there is always something for everyone. Unfortunately today the kitchen was overwhelmed. The patty melt was almost inedible. The bread was hard and grilled with rancid oil, the onion rings were also very over done. My mom's burger was forgotten and when it did come, it was very thin, small and over cooked. My salad was adequate, but I did find many wilted and old pieces of lettuce. We will not be returning for lunch service.
Portion of coleslaw was the tiniest thing I have ever seen and only 3/4 of the way full. Too pricey for what you get. I only give 3 stars because I complained and got another small cup of coleslaw (would've given 2). Burger was decent
