It's Walmart. If you have to deal with employees, it's not gonna be great. I do everything I can to avoid dealing with them, and I never have a bad experience. I buy my alcohol elsewhere and always use the self-checkout here. Also, this Walmart is clean. I wish everyone could experience Walmarts in Los Angeles County, where I spent many years. Those are always filthy. (And they never have hand baskets, because the customers steal them all.)

I came 12/8/18 at 8:45am.. I'm getting a sound bar and tv mount... Ask to pay by the electronics and sent up front... I wait another 15 mins up front. Please take out that cash terminal if you don't use it.

Been coming to this store for over a year. Disappointed that each time I come in there are very few cashiers. 21 checkout lanes and one speedy and 5 regular checkouts open at 11am on a Saturday morning and 5 people per line waiting. I noticed more employees filling orders for people who pick up their food. Not much In Grocery for vegans since we are on a restricted lifestyle. Was able to write his whole review while standing in line at checkout. Now there are only 2 people in front of me and no back up cashiers.

Please be aware every time you shop at this Walmart please check your food for expiration and make sure that the frozen food was not fired and then put back on the shelf to be refrozen I was hospitalized with salmonella poisoning after eating chicken that was fired and then put back on the shelf and he was also expired for over three months I was shocked the Walmart only give me $125 for my pain and suffering for the week and half of being sick and on medication, And they are never fully stocked and is always out of items

This Walmart is very close to my home, so we frequent it. I've not been in many Walmart's, supercenters or otherwise. This one seems to me quite good. Whenever we've had a problem, they've always worked with us. We do most of a grocery shopping here and am thankful that it is so close and the price of food is about a economical as you can get. I recommend this Walmart, should you need to get something and are in the vicinity.

This store manager is always avoiding having to deal with an issue that the other managers say only the store manager can do. So for weeks I've been going in and also calling the store to speak with this so called store manager and have yet to speak with this person I've left my name and phone number and still nothing I go to the store and they say that she is in a meeting so I say I'll wait til her meeting is done then they tell me she's gone for the day so which is it? All Walmart suck that's why everyone should go at the same dam time and take whatever we want because the store manager doesn't care. It is so frustrating that customer service is so bad! At this point I don't care to talk to this so called store manager because all I want to do is tell that person and the other managers off. People only shop there because there isn't much of a choice and that goes for all Walmart stores.

Normally,i am not a huge fan of Wal-Mart, too crowded, long lines, and terrible customer service.. but when I went in yesterday looking for a T.V., I had great customer service. Ron was so helpful and stayed with me and directed me in the right direction. I ended up buying two TVs instead of one :)! He was so nice and never got frustrated even though I had a million questions.

It is a Walmart and everyone goes there. People like complaining about how bad every Walmart and employees are however sooooooo many people go there so the proof is in the puddin and people love it even if they claim to hate it lol!!!!

So yesterday I went here to empty my pay card and do some shopping. There was no one in the money center so I asked customer service to please send some one over. This is already after a cashier asked them twice to send some one over and they declined to do so. Well when I asked the lady a white 30 year old lady rolled her eyes at me as if I was troubling her and gave me a whatever look. I saw plenty of staff on hand but most either avoided eye contact or acted elsewhere busy to busy to help me. Except for that one cashier who worked the line who eventually got someone to come over.

I love this store! The prices are good and the produce is always fresh. There is alot of products to choose from at this ( one - stop ) shopping center. From food to clothes to automotive to dvds.
I've never really had a problem with Walmart until now, we were being assisted by a cashier who was lacking customer service skills all around. She was just rude and showed that she didn't want to check us out. It's definitely a hit or miss at Walmart, but I hope no one else has to deal with this cashier.

A cashier at the self check out named Yadira was extremely rude to a customer just now, she was so unprofessional. A lot of us were waiting for the self check out assistant to help but nobody was there to assist and so this customer decided to get someone to help since everyone had been waiting over 10min + a manager. Then that employee that was supposed to be stationed there came with the ugliest attitude, i have never seen a walmart employee treat a customer so ugly, she was literally yelling at him and talking back. The reason she yelled at him is because there was a big line and he was trying to purchase wine bottles and needed it approved before he could pay, the gentleman asked if we could make sure nobody would take his place since we had just checked out next to him. We said sure and he went to look for a manager. Yadira then came and rudely (demanded) for our IDs as we were about to walk away. The gentlemen that was trying to pay for them was trying to tell her we were not with him, we had already purchased our produce with our receipt in the hand. So she refused to sell him anything because we would not show our IDs, which my coworker did but i did not want too because she was not wanting to hear what the situation was. Anyway i understand the reason of not wanting to sell alcohol and all the policy's but she was just so rude! She went ballistic on him back and forth. Yadira you need some up training

If there were any less than five stars,this store would get a minus. Produce is the worst that I have ever seen anywhere and I am a world traveler at 70 years old. Dried up and rotten lettuce, no not one but all of the lettuce. All produce is unkept and dried up. Have complained to a worker in another area of the store, they said that management just doesn't care. And so it is reflected in the some of the workers attitude . Most of the workers are pleasant and helpful but not the ones in produce, nasty and defensive. I have to give them one star or they won't post.

$300 worth of groceries, half of which is frozen/refrigerated and defrosting because 1) nobody is here at 7 AM when we're ready to check out, 2) we had no choice but to use self-checkout which took fifteen minutes longer than usual. 3) we have coupons, and having a register assistant do the majority that do not scan is redundant.

My complaint is actually about the McDonald's inside of the Walmart. It just seems like every time we go there some of the machines are always broken or being cleaned or just not even being used. Not sure if they just don't like to do their job or just lazy. Try to use it for the convenience after shopping but it's more of a hassle.
