The food was room temperature which was breakfast. The toast had to much grease on it the eggs were over hard. Hash browns cold. I won’t go back

We waited 15 minutes for a table before being seated. just before being seated a party of four comes in there seated 5 minutes after we place order we’re waiting 15 minutes for food still nothing the party of gets served and my 8 year old granddaughter says hey why did they get there’s first I went to the front and reported to manager she went to check came back and told me there traying my food now I felt more empathy for the situation From Hostess and cashier then from manager your waitress I did not perceive great customer service this trip Alameda Weck’s has great service

We have been coming to this location for over 15 years. This morning was a complete disappointment. We placed a to go order. Once we got the order home, the order was wrong. I called to get reimbursement, as we didn’t have time to go back again. Vanessa answered and put me on hold. After 17 minutes, my husband called and spoke to someone else, and they said they already reimbursed the meal. I then hung up and called again, and asked to speak to a manager. I was put on the phone with Vanessa. She said she tried clicking over and the phone was silent. Umm, did you not notice that the line you put on hold was still blinking?! I appreciate my meal was reimbursed, however, totally unprofessional customer service. This location has been going downhill for quite a while. Time to start utilizing the Cottonwood mall location.

I moved 2 months ago and was excited to come back and see all the front people and my favorite server only to find that there were all new faces up front who were not as welcoming. The energy has left this restaurant. I was happy to see my server is still here. He’s a wonderful server. My grandsons were very sad they couldn’t get a sticker when they left. Now it just has this regimented vibe. Not sure I’ll return.

So wecks for me is always a hit and miss. It's portions are good but some days they're just ok and some days they're fire. If you wait months between eating there it's your best bet. The chile is never hot enough for me and is more of a sauce now which I'm not a fan of. The Rio Locations is good and the service is always good.

Weck's in Rio Rancho is the go to breakfast and/or lunch place. Always packed, prepare to wait a while, especially on weekends and holidays. HOWEVER, it is well worth it.
Good prices, great food, amazing service. Nothing to complain about. I got the chicken fried steak and it was super good, it came with toast, 2 eggs, and hash browns.
