Went through drive thur, left then discovered my burger was wrong. Had to go back but they kindly fixed it for me. They were very nice and also made me a new frostie and offered me something to drink while I waited. The manger (young gentleman) and nice woman at drive thru were very sweet. Excellent customer service. I will be back. Just check orders before you leave.

My wife came in to order food for our family and was greeted by 2 rude females that said "are you sure you want all that on the sandwhich" its not you eating it so YES DO YOUR JOB then proceeds to not put anything on the burger at all, our order was made incorrect, got things replaced, and no Utensils, sauce, me and my family of 4 will never return to this franchise.

Honestly I don’t like to give out really negative reviews however I’d recommend the two young ladies working drive thru tonight be given extra training. I work two customer service jobs so I understand it is difficult and can be frustrating but from not speaking into the microphone to let me know someone was there, to the attitude, to snipping it’s all there when I put my food in the floorboard to drive away, especially given the food was not all there and the entire order was wrong. I’m extremely frustrated with the situation.

I said 3-4 times, and confirmed at the window in the drive thru, that the 3 Asiago chicken sandwiches were GRILLED and NOT SPICY. Guess what my boyfriend is doing right now?! He is taking the breading off of the damn fried chicken breasts. Does anyone employer hire anyone who can READ anymore? I’m beginning to believe that they don’t.

You know you're in trouble when you pull up to the order line. Ask for a number 1 single, large with a coke. Then the genius asks me if I want single, double or triple..... Tried to purchase the $3.00 2025 frosty Keychain but the productive employees couldn't find them. Once I got home to eat my dinner, I discovered that I received a triple burger, which I didn't ask for, nor did I want to pay for it. In the future please hire employees that stop when they feel resistance utilizing a q-tip.
I eat there at least once a week. I always order the la la number 2 but the jr and I change my potatoes for one with cheese and bacon. The only thing is that they occupy more people who spoke Spanish.

After working there for as long as I did I'm just surprised at how no matter when I go now it hasn't changed. Never receive the items that you ordered or the quality is not the greatest. I feel for the owner and feel for these people that work for this company. It's all gone down hill and seems no one cares to get trained correctly. Good luck. I think this will be the last time I eat there.

Fries were old and dry. Definitely they did not rotate there fries (getting rid of the old stale fries and making a new batch)
