They only accept "Exact" cash... okay fine I get it if the card machine has broke down but it has been over 3 months!!! And to only accept exact cash?? Do you not know how to do math or what? A part of me feels like they are turning people away and they just don't want to work... DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!

Horrible service they don't want to work or do anything I was rudely told and expected to pay exactly in cash that's fine but the rude tone and no willingness to help has me going to another restaurant that wants my money but it looks like this is a habit with all these complaints.

This restaurant does not follow its own dining room hours of 7:30 am to 10 pm. Far too many times the dining room is locked up well before the 10 pm time, especially when ordering through grub hub at 6:30 pm and orders are cancelled due to the dining room being closed and the drivers not wanting to go through and wait in the very long drive through. We have also received old, burnt French fries that also tasted like they sat in the warming box for much longer than the 5 minute hold time. Southern and Unser Wendy's should either change their dining room hours or follow their posted hours. I and my roommate will no longer be ordering grub hub through this Wendy's or even going there to eat.

Absolutely horrible! This store is always out of everything! Everytime I go they are out of something!!! I ordered on the app today for my kids went to pick it up and they said they are out of small burgers, regular chicken nuggets and bacon. Not to mention the car before me they said they were out of coke. I asked if they can send it to a different Wendy’s they said no then I asked if they could substitute for something else they wouldn’t do that either! Smh they need a new manager to get things running properly and the workers could care less!

Beware. Scanner was down (for quite awhile to quote cashier) so we had to pay full price was what we came in for. Sodas were cold but everything else (hamburger, spicy chicken and 2 large fries) were warm at best. Would recommend any other Wendy's anywhere but here (Rio Rancho, Unser and Southern).
Card reader is down every night. Definitely not a coincidence seeing the other reviews. I like this Wendy's but the card reader being down every night is impossible.

If I could give “0” Stars I would. The manager is Very Incompetent, no customer Service at all. Ordered no Mayo on my Burger then there was Mayo oozing from the burger. Their Large Fries were Half full.. ordered a 10pc nugget was only given a 6pc. All she can say was “Sorry” and completely Ignored me. This Wendy’s is Trash.
