Rude place to pick up on line orders. Needed to use there restroom. Didn't care if it was boys or girls. I just had to go. The rude guy just stood there saying they both had someone in both bathrooms. Lies. He didn't want me using the boys RR. Than he laughed will I stood there and peed on my self. Rude. Saying there's only two stalls there both being used when he new the boys RR was empty. Rude. Disrespectful to a older woman that just need to use the RR. Than laughed about it. Hate picking up at Wendy's. Not a nice place with rude workers.

. Dining room was empty upon arrival. Drive thru was slow. However, it took 5 minutes before our order was taken. Employee was not logged into the cash register and it took 5 people to help him log in. Manager seemed to find it funny. Lots of laughing by the staff, but not us. Our Order was finally taken and the food was prepared quickly. It was alright. Sadly service is not a priority anymore in the service/ hospitality industry. Training employees also seems to be a problem for owners and managers. It's a shame. Avoid this location if you want the latest Wendy's has to offer. Also, avoid this location if you expect or want good quality service from staff.

Rude unfriendly workers, Slow abysmal service, Lobby wasn't open mid day. Incredibly long drive through line. Manager was incredibly unhelpful and unconcerned with customers needs.

Horrible customer service by manager. They forgot to give us a frosty. And when we came back, we told them the first one they gave us was already melting and we wanted a replacement and they said we need the first one back. Give me a break.

O stars! Terrible egg biscuit and sausage biscuit! Literally just a processed egg between two biscuits, that's it! Sausage no better, just a square piece of sausage between two biscuits. Never again, save yourself and don't order them...

Don't stop here for a potty break.Despite being the first stop in over an hour if driving south on us550, the bathrooms have a combination lock on the door.I don't know how this doesn't result in spectacular messes on a regular basis.

Came for a late dinner and thought they were closed. No lights on and nobody talking at the drive through speaker for 15min. I couldn’t move since a suv and car in front and behind me. I figured with the car in the drive they had to be open. After sitting for a while a very upset employee asked me “what do you want”? Lol I gave him my order and could tell he did NOT want to be here. I understand struggles but any job you have you should do with a professional attitude. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place shut down completely in the coming years. Oh and they are out of some food so I couldn’t get what I ordered.

Don't get me wrong, the food here at Wendy's is good! The service and the amount of time you have to wait.....that's horrible! I waited at the speaker for 15 min, and no one was in front of me. They kept coming on saying I'll be right with you or I would have left. The drive thru is the slowest I have ever been in. You gwt you food faster if you get down and order it.
