Overall it's a good establishment but the customer service needs alot of work. Everytime we go they act a little rude at the drive through or it's a bother to them if I ask for anything. They also need more training on there registers they never could split payments between friends.
Messed up my order 3 times, it wasn't the counter helps fault. She took my order correctly. Team trainer reached over her shoulder screwed with the buttons. Told her she was wrong. Came back,nothing like what was ordered. Handed it back to her...she verbally told the cooks, they got it wrong. The young manager asked what was going on. I told him, he tried to get it right. By then 45 minutes had gone by. I didn't want it then. Passed thru that store a week later. Ordered...
In today's world of poor service and food quality with fast food places. This Whataburger has restored my faith that it doesn't have to be this way. Great service from the entire staff and the burger is the best out there.
