Took 30 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I got my 1 coffee. In front of me at the time was 8 cars. My line barley moved the girl was talking to one car the whole time. Cars that were in the other line that showed up after got their drinks faster. When I finally got to the front my coffee was already sitting waiting for me. If managed better the line could go faster and more efficiently.

We stopped early in the morning to get some drinks. After getting our order taken we sat and waited by the shack. Nobody inside the building was working. A bunch of kids playing and messing around. They were screaming yelling and we sat 15-20 minutes. I get there is a time for messing around but not when there is a line of cars waiting for their drinks. Some people got so sick of waiting they back out of the line.

While inline up at the drive up to pick up order took 20 minutes to get order wrong and yet they want a tip, Tips should be added upon service why are we tipping for shitty service and to watch them laugh joke hug one another and maker themselves drinks while we have to wait for drinks they mess up and wont fix unless you pay additional cost. Watch your surveillance more often.

2 trips now we have had our drinks messed up. We specifically ask for large they bring us out 1 large 1 med and when we tell them it wrong they messed it up we are told we have to pay again for the correct one. How is this our fault. Last night was the worst service EVER.We were in lane 2 wait for 20 m8n for a simple fizz and energy. They were to busy playing around talking were not even making anyone's drinks. When they finally brought the drink I explained this is wrong she takes both drinks back about 5 min later comes back with 1 drink. I was super annoyed that they had the audacity to say okay so what do you want me to do about this and proceed to try and recharge us for the drink they messed up yet eager for a tip why ? They shouldn't be tipped until service is completed. I told her they sucked for the service the girl with brown lil jacket and ponytail yells dont ever come back as we drove off with yet 1 drink.

Went around 8pm on 11/8 to get 1 drink. Waited what seemed like forever for the person to come take my order. Everyone was standing around playing and not even making drinks. I understand the place can get busy but there were 2 cars next to me and one had their drinks. I kept hearing one girl from the other lane call out to whoever was taking orders and she took so long. We have visited another location and i know you have higher expectations than that.

I don’t leave of reviews and we aren’t from Here and the 7 brew in our home town is amazing but We set in line right at the door, several employees walking around, would look at us and no one would take our order, went to the car behind us and took their order while still ignoring us. We drove away with nothing They weren’t that busy either.

Waited a while for service, ordered a pumpkin spice latte , cup was dirty with pink on bottom of cup, coffee tasted burnt not happy with it at all. Reminded me of a cup of coffee at a circle k or allsups 😫
Every time I get a craving and try to give this place a chance I’m reminded why I shouldn’t. These kids had me waiting in the line with no order takers for over five minutes and there was only 2-3 cars in the drivethru. I thought speed was one of your guys’ specialties. Once I pull in I see a bunch of workers just chatting and laughing. Some are cleaning but we all know customers come first. I spent over 15 mins in such a short line because there seems to be no flow of work. Why do all of the employees look like kids? Are there ever any adults here to overlook? Doesn’t seem like it.
