The food is excellent, and the service is wonderful! We never have to wait. The staff is really nice and they always remember that we like extra wasabi with our sushi, and that one of us prefers onion soup over miso. The fried rice has the best flavor of any we have had. I highly recommend everybody try A & J Hibachi. You won't be disappointed.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. It was reassuring that they knew what vegan diet was as that's not always the case in SW NM. Had tempura veggies and a vegetable yakisoba, both dishes were great. My sister is vegetarian and had a tofu main.

It sucked they took forever to get it out then I got it and tried it before leaving I had asked for it on to go plates but to dine in for that reason. When I did the spring rolls were cold in the middle, to their credit they offered to remove or replace. I waited a while again to get them. But when we got to our room and ate the fried rice it had an ant in it! Totally ruining our entire experience to the point we felt disappointed in Roswell and might not go back. Last time we had Toro Bravo and that was good. So..save your money and go there or anywhere else but A&J. The Red Sox stuff was the only good thing about it.

Hard to tell the business is open looks run down. Very dark and scratchy walk to the bathroom. The sushi was okay nothing spectacular.

Food is iffy at best . Place looks like an old jail inside with metal cages around booths. One hibachi cook that doesn't look like she knows what she is doing . Crab ragoon is burnt spring rolls burnt and soup looks like it was already eaten once. The crab ragoon also taste like old fish

Take out—Filet and Shrimp hibachi with noodles—lots of veggies, great flavor but a crazy amount of oil in the noodles took it down a star; flip top styrofoam, aside from being way outdated with more responsible packaging available, doesn’t hold heavily oiled food real well.
