The food is excellent, and the service is wonderful! We never have to wait. The staff is really nice and they always remember that we like extra wasabi with our sushi, and that one of us prefers onion soup over miso. The fried rice has the best flavor of any we have had.
I highly recommend everybody try A & J Hibachi. You won't be disappointed.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. It was reassuring that they knew what vegan diet was as that's not always the case in SW NM. Had tempura veggies and a vegetable yakisoba, both dishes were great. My sister is vegetarian and had a tofu main.

Take out—Filet and Shrimp hibachi with noodles—lots of veggies, great flavor but a crazy amount of oil in the noodles took it down a star; flip top styrofoam, aside from being way outdated with more responsible packaging available, doesn’t hold heavily oiled food real well.
