Every time I go here, I enjoy the experience. Their food is top notch. They never get it wrong, arrives fast and hot. Friendly service. I have never seen an advertisement for this place. And it's easy to understand why.

This was by far THE BEST experience I've had at a fast food place in Roswell. Our order was fast, hot and so fresh not to mention 100% accurate. If you live in Roswell you know the standards of service at most establishments are sub par. Thank you A&W for bringing high standards back to Roswell!!!

I wouldn't give it a star but that's the only way I leave a comment so here goes. We pulled up too the drive thou ordered my wife's meal got too the pick up window the employee was rude very dis respectful. Will never stop there again

Finally ab A&W that's in it's own building. Enjoyed my #1 Papa Burger, fries and a Rootbeer Float. Even bought the glass mug.

I know this is not the employee’s fault but the manger’s. We got to the building at 9:30pm and tried to order, we were asking some questions and tried to order a shake, we were told that they were out so we figured out something else that we wanted and tried to ask for something else when they told us that their manger told them that they are closed when their website says that they are open till 10pm. It was not okay.

Was horrible. They had no root beer after saying they did. The fountain was broke. No tea available. The burger was from the day before and was cold. The cheese was straight from the fridge, was not even melted. The fries were cold and stale. The so called sanitized table was dirty with sticky soda.

Only ordered green $.99 ice cream cones. Kind of played with your head, kept thinking it should be mint flavored but it was vanilla.

It was our first time to an A&W Restaurant. The menu is varied and large enough to find something you'd like. The cheese curds were delicious, the chicken tenders were crispy and delicious. The fries were good, different tasting than other fast food places. The diet root beer was delicious.

The root beer floats are out of this world. I had the corny chili cheese dog. It was okay, the chili tasted like vinegar, the hotdog was alittle spicy and dry. I would recommend the root beer floats.
Worst fast food in Roswell. I like there burgers but enough is enough. It literally takes 30 minutes from ordering to getting your food. Not fast at all. And there never busy so no excuse. Twice now they got my order wrong. I like the special burgers, ordered the double mushroom and onion today. Once I got home found a single cheap burger in the bag. Never going to go back but will contact the franchise headquarters and let them know of how awful this branch is.
