I wouldn't recommend you picking anything up for your dog let alone actually eat here yourself. The food is either over cooked or way under cooked like raw. The staff will not help you they don't even acknowledge you and they seem to always have to take a brake after they take your order, or whatever there doing. You'll see all the employees grouped up around the bar and when you try getting anybody attention they all seem to have to go in the back all of a sudden and its not happened to me once but I've tried going here 4 different times, im willing to see if there might just be an off day or something, but no not this place every time its the same the employees all stand around gossiping and giggling intill some customer needs something and then its a ghost town in there. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

Hadn't been in a while. The food was great and really hit the spot. Had the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and the chicken was very juicy and the pasta was cooked perfect with just enough sauce.

Food was okay but took a while and some we never got as the server never came to check on us so she never knew we didn't get everything. Employees weren't very attentive. Had to wait another 20 mins for the food we never got and paid for. Won't be coming back to this Applebee's.

If it is a local Applebees policy to not accept vertical IDs at the bar (even tho it’s not policy anywhere else) - train your staff to say that.
There is no reason Ashley, a “manager”, wouldn’t be able to articulate that point unless she is refusing service for other reasons.
So, Roy, this review is for you.
Train your staff better.

We just left Applebees Restaurant in Roswell NM it’s Saturday Oct 3,2025 3:30pm . I got to brag on the best customer service I’ve had in a long time anywhere in town our waitress “ALE” was perfect, attentive, friendly, polite. Also a Mgr named “MIKE “ was just as professional, friendly, attentive. Thank you for great customer service we truly appreciate ya!

This Applebees is a hit or miss and I got use to being disappointed when going. I usually stick to the burger options or the all you can eat specials when they come around. Today I wanted to try the chicken Parmesan with fettuccine. It was tasty but not enough sauce I did ask for more and to my surprise saw it was an added charge to bill. That is what it is. My complaint is not with my main meal but the appetizer sampler. The boneless chicken wings were not cooked and was raw in the middle. Didn’t notice till I bit into it and felt a weird texture. Our server was very apologetic and immediately told her manager. Came and said the appetizer was taken off the bill. My issue is the manager never once came over to speak to me about the raw chicken laid it all on the server to apologize. That I felt was inconsiderate and rude. It definitely will be a long time if any till I go back I still feel freaked out and untrusting with the kitchen staff and the management. Service was great and I know I’ll stick to the burgers for now on.

I would give a no star if there was one we ordered two steaks they were wrong the mashed potatoes were cold and the manager is worthless in solving the problem don’t eat here unless your out of sandwich stuff at home.
