Had a to go order and it took 30 minutes longer than it was supposed to and when we finally got the food it was cold. Worst Applebee's I've ever been to.

I have never been more disappointed in a Applebee's...... The spinach dip had no cheese and was very bland the fresh chips were over cooked and the gave us a mud slide ....with no chocolate.......? When I asked why the mudslide tastes like plain vanilla the manager Ashley informed me I was invited to and was very rude .... It's simple if you can't be a decent human being. Don't work with the public. Obviously Ashley isn't cut out for a customer service related industry. Maybe she just needs to go take an online job at home where she doesn't have to talk or deal with anybody because with her attitude nobody would like to deal with her. I will never return to that Applebee's and I suggest you don't either

The manager here is rude as can be . Ashley, decided that there was nothing wrong with The idea that I was paying an arm and a leg for a mudslide and they serve it to me with absolutely no chocolate. Therefore it's not a mudslide but apparently Ashley would disagree. So much to the point that she was even rude to me, I'm sorry but if I order a mudslide, The name would inherently mean there's chocolate... Ever had a mudslide but didn't add the chocolate sauce? Not exactly delicious. I was very pleasant and pointed out that there was no chocolate sauce and asked if they'd run out or something... And she looked at me and said it looks fine. And I asked her so you're telling me this looks like a mudslide and I even presented a picture of a mudslide from a previous visit... And all of its chocolate bathed Glory... Yet somehow Ashley could not see the difference... And further insisted that I was incorrect.. I will post a picture of each. Let's play a game. Can you spot the difference?

Food was great. We ordered the chicken and shrimp along with the combination platter. Ambience was inviting. Service was rushed. Felt as if we were asked to eat quickly and leave. Also, when asked to reduce ice in the drinks, they didn't reduce it and we got some uneasy attitude.

I’m not one to complain often, but I ordered the Bourbon Street steak cooked medium, and there wasn’t a single bit of pink in it. It was clearly cooked well-done, and it was really disappointing. Everything else I ordered was fine, but not great. I’ve been to plenty of other Applebee’s and this one is not up to par with others

We ordered wings, mine had absolutely no garlic Parmesan sauce on them, my husband's had very little! So very disappointed, from other Applebee's.
Don't bother leaving a review, because apparently they don't care that they have horrible reviews! No one has reached out to me as they said they would!!!!

Eeeeesh. How can food be this bad? I didn’t expect big things but I wasn’t expecting the food to be so dismal. Is every single item microwaved? $40 for boneless wings, fries and 2 beers is insanity. Server was excellent but wow the food…. Just bad.

Food was cold, microwave must have been shorting out. Service was great though and so were the adult beverages.
Was excited to go here. Ordered some shrimp to go with my steak, when my food came out there was no shrimp, i had asked for it he went to get it never came back, i had asked like 5 times never got em. Ruined my experience this time

I travel country for work..I visited this restaurant..had 1 beer and decided to leave because place was dead. They happen to be close to hotel, so I returned 5hrs later and was refused service by ASHLEY stating it was the law that once you drink at a place you can't return and drink again...lmao!!! That's complete bs!!!! I looked it up and she lied straight to my face!! I tipped almost 100% the first time I was there so can't say I was bad customer. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here. Go to chili's!!!!!!!!! Better service and more respect...but then again..from what I've seen the little time I've been in this town..it's nothing but ghetto!! They probably didn't know how to treat a customer that actually pays for proper service!!

Ordered a Quesadilla Chicken Salad for carside pickup this evening. Supposed to be ready at 5:01. After calling twice, starting at 5:22, because it still hadn't been brought out, even though the app said it was ready, I finally walked in to the restaurant at 5:33 & asked to speak to a manager & told him what was going on. He said he had to remake the salad because the lettuce was wilted & the chicken didn't look good. I told him that was fine, but someone could've come & told me that. There were several workers & they weren't very busy. I finally got my salad & when I got home with it, it didn't have any chicken on it! Very disappointed in the Roswell Applebee's after this.
