Hadn't been in a while. The food was great and really hit the spot. Had the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and the chicken was very juicy and the pasta was cooked perfect with just enough sauce.

We just left Applebees Restaurant in Roswell NM it’s Saturday Oct 3,2025 3:30pm . I got to brag on the best customer service I’ve had in a long time anywhere in town our waitress “ALE” was perfect, attentive, friendly, polite. Also a Mgr named “MIKE “ was just as professional, friendly, attentive.

This Applebees is a hit or miss and I got use to being disappointed when going. I usually stick to the burger options or the all you can eat specials when they come around. Today I wanted to try the chicken Parmesan with fettuccine. It was tasty but not enough sauce I did ask for more and to my surprise saw it was an added charge to bill. That is what it is. My complaint is not with my main meal but the appetizer sampler. The boneless chicken wings were not cooked and was raw...
