Quite sad.. I was once a regular eating Rib Crib throughout the years living in Roswell, NM before I moved to Texas. Long story short tonight I ordered 2 burgers, wings, fries and mashed potatoes, and when I waited an extra 15 minutes I was given my order and I usually don't check. I checked my order seeing it light... I was given my wings, mashed potatoes, and fries! The kid as host wanted to argue stating my receipt is how it comes for an American Cheeseburger (pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes. I told him showing him both receipts (store copy & online) 1 was with how it comes and the other is with without it just plain and decided to be rude walking off gave me what was on their counter and still wrong now have to wait another wait for my food and im providing this meal to my family since I haven't had Rib Crib in over almost 2 years..

The food is always good. The kitchen staff works their tails off, the seating is slow due to??? The waiter was doing his best to service many tables, hats off sir. However midway through the meal , we had an unexpected guest join us. Cock E. Roach interrupted the dining experience. It happens ,I get it but after gazing the rest of the restaurant, one would say a deep clean is due. Do better RIB CRIB. Your customers deserve it.

Waited 30 minutes to be seated when I was told 15 minutes I was ahead of 2 other parties it was just me in my party one party had 11 people in it the other party had 7 people they both were seated while I sat and waited so I left this was unacceptable I have been coming there once a year when I travel to Carlsbad I will not be going back to this restaurant my advice stay away unless you have all day to wait

We arrived around 1,5h before closing time. We were lucky to have a lovely waitress but our meat was bland, cold and dry unfortunately. The sides were alright though. Messed up our orders, out of chicken and corn (?). Bathrooms were very dirty. I guess we got unlucky coming in too close to closing time…

One of my favorite restaurants! I am not a “rib person,” but I gladly drive the hour and a half it takes to get to Roswell to have these meaty, perfectly smoked, tender ribs. GLADLY. Roswell, NM’s Rib Crib is a destination. You won’t be sorry you chose to have lunch or dinner there.

I don’t understand any of the negative reviews. This is our go to spot in Roswell. The ribs are delicious always. The staff has always been wonderful and the sides are perfection. We live in Ruidoso and drive to Roswell about every other month(a 1/12 hour drive) just to eat ribs at Rib Crib. Have never been disappointed!
I love this place. The atmosphere is nice, the service was good, the people were friendly, and the food was fantastic. Plus, they've got the coolest, most laid back alien I've seen in town.
