I walk in... there's people waiting to be seated and the Restaurant is more than half empty. Most tables are empty. I ask how long it would take for me to be seated and i'm told fifteen minutes. I tell the lady that it's half empty. How could it take so long and does that mean I'm going to Miss the game that's happening now which is why I came here for, and she says "Unfortunately, that seems to be the case". I'm in shock and I'm about to leave when I suddenly think maybe the bar doesn't have a wait time.So I ask and she says "oh yes of course you can sit there now". I really don't understand. Luckily the bar tender was great very cool and I was able to watch the game, but I tell you..be warned ⚠️.

I never had a problem with the food unless it's a wrong order, so I can't complain to much.
My experience Jan.28.25, our party of 3 waited for someone to sit us. We were told last call was 5 minutes before we entered. Like, ok? And? Then she says " we close at 10:30"....( The time was 10:20 ). She told us we had to leave because they are closed which was more than 30 minutes before close. Bruh. We didn't show up super late right before close, we were not rude, we just wanted food. I also never understood how you tell paying customers to leave. We were a party of three but we wanted to make an order to go for some family. To some people, it sounds silly. But thats more business, which means...MONEYYY💸💰.
There is another review someone left. Nothing wrong with the food but the employees kind of suck. I agree. Everytime we go to this restaurant, there is always a wait. The worst part is the wait is usually never too many people in the restaurant. The wait is alwaayysss waiting for the host.

Sat at the bar with my wife, I ordered a beer, showed my ID, she ordered a water. They wouldn't serve us cause she didn't have her ID... really?... But if I sat at a booth it's okay?... BWW get your crap in order!!! Bartender needs to go!
Had to add an update. 6 months later, still the same. Sat in the waiting area for 20 minutes with my family. Not busy, lots of staff. They all walked by ignoring us. I even tried calling and could not get them to answer the phone. Soon it became a game where my kids would wave at everyone walking by and seeing how hard they tried to ignore us. I love their food, but the staff is terrible. I really wish people would want to work.

There was only about 1/4 of the tables in use at a small Buffalo Wild Wings and there was that many people waiting to be seated w a 40 minute wait. We ended up at the bar. The waitress was sloppy and grumpy at first. She seemed irritated we were there for dinner. We got a couple beers and cocktails w an order of wings and tots. They were a great temperature however not a fan of the spicy garlic. Sauce. I preferred the dry rub. Definitely would not go back. The restaurant could use a boost. Parking was plentiful. They also had vegetarian options.

It's Buffalo Wild Wings, the same as all the rest across the country, right? You'd be absolutely wrong. I drove in from Artesia for some familiar tastes and to meet up with friends. The servers here are slower than patients from a mental hospital! 20 minutes to take drink and appetizer orders, 20 more minutes to get her attention just to order meals. On the food side, it was everything the rest of the country has to offer. It was a waste of my time driving all this way just to wait to get to order, 2 and a half hours is ridiculous to eat, it also cuts into profits and extends wait times from a business standpoint. Our waitress also never refilled the sodas until asked.
Vegetarian options: This is not the place for vegetarian food, but they do have cauliflower wings, so you could eat on the diet.
Dietary restrictions: Menu is well laid out
Kid-friendliness: Great food for children, but very loud and overstimulating for my daughter.
I just want to say we have tried this place twice now. And there is always a long wait even if the place is half empty. And the hostess thinks it's funny when you say anything about it. We will not return to this establishment ever again.
