This place has really gone downhill. Don't order boneless wings. Its mostly breading and if any chicken is in them its hard and dry and tastes awful. Past two orders have been this way. Went to the Carlsbad location for lunch last Friday and their boneless wings were perfect so it is just the Roswell one that sucks. Better off getting wings at chili's or Applebee's or wingstop

Someone needs to tell the kitchen that appetizers come out before the food, not after. Also, someone needs to tell the wait staff that communication is key because twice now I haven't got to order desert before they're handing me the check and ushering me out the door.

I absolutely love the food at Buffalo Wild Wings—always delicious and satisfying. However, I’ve had repeated issues with their online ordering system. Each time I pick up my order, it seems someone else has taken it from the rack, and I’ve had to wait for my order to be redone. It’s happened multiple times now, and unfortunately, there’s rarely any acknowledgment or apology from the staff. I really hope they improve their system so that others don’t have the same experience.

Stood at the front counter for at least 5 mins waiting to at least be greeted, even when workers were present just talking to one another seeing that I was standing there but not one came up. Walked right out and will be supporting a different restaurant.

We went to eat for dinner and was not greeted at the door for 10 minutes. Then the hostess tells us the wait will be 15 to 20 minutes when they were not busy and had plenty of tables open. I asked for the manager and he tells us it will be a 30 minute wait. So I asked for the district managers name and he went and got another manager and she tells me his name is Juan and could not give me any other information and I asked for the phone number and she said to look it up online. They were very rude and clearly do not care about their customers. I will not be going there again

Server was great but assuming a manager named juliahnee who was standing in the front was very rude to my family and seems disrespectful to the women working in the restaurant.
I had added ranch on my online order and when I went to pick it up, there was none. I asked for some when I picked it up and was told that it would be extra, and not included with the price of the wing meal. After paying 45 dollars on food I do not appreciate the hidden fees on dips. Plus ordered a side of onion rings and there wasn't much in the box.

The food was awesome. We were going to pay cover and stay for the fight, but our waitress (Makayla) had no interest in keeping up with us. She even had to walk by us every time she went to the kitchen and never checked on us until we flagged her down. We haven't been to a bww in years and this is why.

Server was rude as hell (bar takeout)... but hey the 3 for 6 made up for it. Amazing huge burger, and we got the wedges with queso. Wow, best burger meal in town for sure. Will be going back asap for the 3 for 6 again.
