So.... Been waiting for 30mins in the drive thru. This is after I waited 10 minutes inside. Only for them to tell me they're not taking any inside orders due to them being backed up. So it's bad managing or something because they seemed to have plenty of staff working. Edit** A total of 1 hour in drive thru for a whopper combo meal.

If you subscribe to cable TV and have a DVR and always fast forward through commercials then there is no way that you could ever know that this deal exists. Between you and me Burger King offers two single breakfast sandwiches every day for $5.00. Doubles are $6.00 (Tax included $6.50 on the nose.) I order two number eight sandwiches every day. There is not a sign inside or outside of the restaurant that advertises this deal. You need to ask for it.

Went by Tonite Oct 21st 2025 at 9:21pm. when I pulled up to speaker and ordered my food there were 3 cars in front of me. I waited till 9:55pm And the cars in front me expect the one at the drive thru window had a left. For waiting over close to 45 min I never got my food I didn't even get to pay waited too long.

Placed a pickup order so I didn’t have to wait in line to receive the food I paid almost $30 for… I sat in line, behind 3 other vehicles for over 20 minutes to receive cold food and a missing order of fries that was part of a meal and on the receipt. This is an establishment that calls itself “fast food” but has Sit-In Restaurant wait times and prices, but sub-par food and service even when compared to similar fast food restaurants in town. The only way I’d recommend this dumpster fire of an establishment is if YOU WANT to eat food that’s cold by the time you make it home whilst paying well over what the food is worth. I’ve received better from McDonald’s.

This store had struggled for a long time but I must say it is getting so much better. The managers work so hard like they really respect whoever they work for now. The employees are so friendly and the customer service is on point. The food is so much better than it used to be my husband and I just want to say thabk you for all of your hard work we appreciate yall and love burger king here in Roswell way to go Angie Rena Amanda Amber and the new manager Zach we have eaten there when each Manger has worked and its always been amazing with them it hasn't always been this way but it has definitely been changing over the past few months

I ordered yesterday feb,27,2025 a #1 meal chicken nuggets,chicken fries ,onion rings and fries my order was 41 I received my order in my house and the name was wrong I received some marah order 46 and on the 2 time was order # 16 what in the world those order have to do with #41 total disaster in the afternoon at bk plus they don’t have people to work only 2 in kitchen and all of us waiting almost 3 f… hours for a simple order that I never received the good part is today the 28 thank you so much amanda for fixing my order I appreciate w
