This store had struggled for a long time but I must say it is getting so much better. The managers work so hard like they really respect whoever they work for now. The employees are so friendly and the customer service is on point. The food is so much better than it used to be my husband and I just want to say thabk you for all of your hard work we appreciate yall and love burger king here in Roswell way to go Angie Rena Amanda Amber and the new manager Zach we have eaten there when each Manger has worked and its always been amazing with them it hasn't always been this way but it has definitely been changing over the past few months

I ordered yesterday feb,27,2025 a #1 meal chicken nuggets,chicken fries ,onion rings and fries my order was 41 I received my order in my house and the name was wrong I received some marah order 46 and on the 2 time was order # 16 what in the world those order have to do with #41 total disaster in the afternoon at bk plus they don’t have people to work only 2 in kitchen and all of us waiting almost 3 f… hours for a simple order that I never received the good part is today the 28 thank you so much amanda for fixing my order I appreciate w

I have never experienced a wait of MORE THAN AN HOUR in a drive thru. The only reason why I didn’t leave is because I had already placed and paid my order online. This place is horrible. They know that they have cars that have been waiting for a stupid amount of time and they keep taking orders without telling people that the waiting period is 1hr plus. I am not from the area and what a horrible first impression.

They gave messed up on my food and the people that work the The drive-through there trying to rush you when you’re ordering food and they’re talking fast and you’re trying to sit there and order food and then they get the wrong orders cause they’re not taking their time

Will never grace this place again. Took almost 40 minutes to get my order. Workers had basically nonchalant attitudes. It seemed they were more concerned with drive thru. Watching their food prep people i got the impression that for what ever reason they didn't care if when or how long it took to get customers orders out. Most of ours was cold when we finally received it. When I spoke to manager on duty I believe his name was Joseph it was almost like he had no real concern that numerous people were waiting. I've read where BK across the country are closing stores. My opinion they can add this one to list. One final thing. All the people standing around doing nothing could've been sweeping wiping down tables etc. Any business is as good as owner or management wants it to be. My opinion the overall store manager must be just a lazy as his crew.

This was one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had in a while. The customer service was amazing. Even though there was an obvious wait the worker kept assuring the people in line she would help us (I’m not sure of her name but she has long red hair). The food was fast and hot and I ate in the lobby. The lobby was a bit unkept but not so dirty I would not eat in it.
