This was the first time in years I've tried a burger king because of where I live. It was fresh, very flavorful, correct and fairly priced.
I ordered in the drive thru and truly received exceptional service. The employee were prompt, professional, and friendly. I almost felt like it was a bit scripted..... idk if this crew was just top notch or if they had possibly had problems and been advised to step it up. Either way a job well done. My order was perfect (and had a lot of customizations), was fresh, and the wait time in drive thru was timely (went at 930 pm) Thanks again!

Went through Drive through the other day and it just still irks me on how hard it was to get my order right? I have been through that driveway before. And it is bad every time the people that work There have no idea what they're doing. And it's sad because it's really not that hard. But they make it seem so hard for themselves. Like I said spent 20 minutes in the driveway. Trying to get my order right after repeatedly Telling them how it was supposed to be. It shouldn't be that hard come on now.

They always get my order wrong. I ask for no mayo no pickles every time, and 3 out of 5 times they'll ignore my request and slather my whopper with so much mayo, it ruined my day. I ask for onion rings. They don't include it in the order. No matter if it's early or late, they always mess up. ALWAYS. I don't know if they stopped caring for their customers or if they just are that incompetent, but they need to do better. The only reason I keep going it's because it's the only burger King in town.

Waited 45 minutes for the food. The wait wasn’t the worst part. All of our food was cold, my son’s hamburger bun was hard and the tomato slice had a brown stem. The lady running the register did not inform us that they were out of ice. Also, none of the sodas had carbonation and most didn’t even have syrup left. We all had large drinks and didn’t not get refunded for our drinks.
If their GM is reading this and wondering why it’s always slow during the day, they turn their phones off and ignore the drive through. Second time I’ve seen it happen. Like a kid shoving the dirty clothes under the bed instead of cleaning ? I always sit there thinking they’re just busy, but really i’m the idiot for going to burger king still.

Love me some Burger King but what happened. The attendant taking my order was so distracted they asked several times what my order was. And not a misunderstanding but would ask and immediately turn their head and ignore me. If the line, "if the front is bad, the food prep is worse" is true, I am truly frightened. The whole store looked as of my uncle was keeping it together with bubble gum. The mounted seats were leaning bad, had rough bolt heads on the sitting face, or hobbled together with parts from my dad's garage...or a combination there of. I had to move for sliding off my seat.Vegetarian options: Home of the impossible burger?Kid-friendliness: Has a play area, didn't much look at it.
