I ordered burritos. I didn't get the burrito I ordered but the one I did get was tasty. I didn't wait long. I got my food right away. Very expensive. $23 for two small burritos is insane.
Parking: When they are busy it's hard to get in and out of the parking lot.
Hands down the best thing about Roswell, NM. You can’t miss - they bang out the best red and green chili in New Mexico. Tortillas are perfect - great service and it’s local.
Vegetarian options: Best bean and cheese burrito in earth. I prefer it with green chili…but live a little and get Xmas

Burrito Express is my absolute favorite for New Mexico style burritos!! They are all so good, but the bomb diggity for me. . Well, it's the green stake combo. You can never go wrong?!! My mom ordered the big breakfast with a fried egg instead of scrambled egg. It was absolutely perfect!!
