SO glad we chose this little roadside dive for our family lunch on a road trip. No formal seating, but we had enough room for 4 at the little bar overlooking the dry streets of Roswell infested with the little green men. Everything is what we wanted...rellenos, Green chili stew, nice tight burritos, roasted salsas. Good prices, too.
Tiny place made for drive thru orders. There are like 5 stools inside. The beef fajita was delicious and soft. Tacos ? were decent. The burrito ? is medium-sized, like the pre-packaged kind you see in a convenience store, but way better tasting.
Hopping place. To go will probably take a while, as will drive through. I asked for rice and whole beans for my lunch. Rice was delicious. Whole beans were good, but had no seasoning. Still, I couldn't complain. It was well made and probably saved me a few calories.
