Quality steaks thick and cooked rare the way I like. Our waitress was Bobbi, fun sized and bubbly made a good Arnold Palmer. Might have to go back just for the service

First we started with the salad, which had a lot of variety and even a couple of different soups. My husband had the New York steak and he said it was excellent. I had the ground steak with the mushroom gravy. I'm one of those people that ask for well done and really like it when it's well done and most of the time Cooks can't figure that out, and it's still pink, but not here it was perfect perfect perfect perfect! I also asked for a loaded baked potato, it's probably the best one I ever had because they actually really load it up, with lots of cheese and bacon and chives, and sour cream and butter on the side. Not that I get to Roswell very often but if I ever do I'll come back here again! It was a nice dinner after driving for 10 hours, and our server Brittany, was nice and personable and really seems to like her job.

The orange salmon was delicious .The salad bar had a full selection of fresh veggies and good selection of dressings. The side protein chicken was moist and tender. The atmosphere warm and inviting. If your lucky enough to have Bec as your waitress your evening will be complete. Enjoy

Salad bar was great, but my daughter got a steak and over half of it was fat. My steak was way over cooked. Not sure if we will be going back.

Customer service was good, food kept coming out cold cook burnt the shrimp after the 2nd time of sending back due to being cold and raw from the sampler plate, establishment smelt lol dirty mop water.

The best meal I have had in New Mexico so far . Green chilli wontons were great wife had chicken I had New Mexico steak . Both were delicious wait staff were very attentive and the blue moon beer was great.

I did take out - rather late, 8:30. &! had the most HORRIBLE SURPRISE tonight! I used to really love the bacon wrapped shrimp, & I was working late & thought that would be SO GOOD!!!! 🤯😫🤢 SOOOOO WRONG!!!! They have changed the recipe & they were AWFUL!!! 😞 SUPER HOT - like A BUFFALO sauce hot. * It was $18.00 + for five OVERCOOKED, Buffalo flavored (menu says it’s supposed to be jalapeño CREAM CHEESE filling.)smallish shrimp. It was TERRRRRIBLY DISAPPOINTING - 😟 Glad I got salad bar - at least it was good. Definitely will NEVER ORDER THAT AGAIN!! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Beck is the star of the show! Ask for her as your waitress. Salmon and shrimp cooked to perfection as well. Highly recommend!
