I have tried this location 4 times . The first time we waited for about 20 mins after being seated . The second time I sat at the bar and the waitress didn’t come to me till the end of the visit . The food was bland with no flavor…
The 3 rd time I got sick throwing up from the water .. not sure if the filter wet out .
The 4 time we waited over 1 an hour and 30 mins to get the food cold .
When I asked for the manager she came out all mad like “what’s wrong “ She never came out on the floor to table touch she never even knew we were waiting so long … the salads didn’t come out before the food…. Neither. Very disappointing as Chili’s is one of my favorite restaurants out in Florida.

Not as I expected to many rules, not understanding the whole order a Beer ,1 beer 🍺as I 1st sat down 👇 and wanted a shot 🥃 with that Beer . And was told I had to wait for a min like literally keep tabs to see how low the beer was s... before I could get the shot .Nope never again . Good start for a small tip not worthy in my book never had someone tell me that ever . Retrain that whole facility before they run all the tourists to Carlsbad .1 Beer and my shot🥃 came after my glass was half empty 🫗 Nuff said 2 stars just for maybe it will one day be 3 star worthy. Good luck with all that 💯
