I've had great experiences in the past but i am very disappointed in this trip, the buns were stale and tasted off almost a detergent or soap taste. The hot dog as you can see was grey and discolored tasted awful no telling how long it had been sitting out. very unhappy with this!!!!!!

Oh my gosh, this is a must stop if you are looking for something that will stop that sweet craving. I had the fruit custard, yummy. My friend had the pumpkin custard. Wow! Very happy we stopped, everyone should visit if you are coming to Roswell or just passing through.

Not from NM and had to try the Hatch green chile sundae!! YUM!!! Highly recommend! Wish I could get this where I live.The staff was super friendly, too!

Amazing deserts. However there were bugs literally falling from the ceiling onto me. Completely disgusting. Was still worth grabbing the food and running. Wish they'd take care of that problem though.

Stopped by for a sugar fix on the way home.
We had the adobe mud and a butterscotch shake.
We had to wait to order so the counter server could call the eight or so customers waiting for their orders that were sitting on the counter. It was truly entertaining to watch the young man trying to figure out what the order was and how to pronounce it.
When I ordered the shake it was like I was speaking an “Alien” language.
Friendly, fast and my 1st time here. Great tasting frozen custard.

I pulled up to order and sat at the window because the employees, all of them, were in the back. Then I ordered my Very Berry. It was smaller than normal, less fruit. I also ordered a large ice water. This place was going to charge me $4 for an ice water. WT…? It seems like they enjoy increasing prices without increasing quality.

I was recently involved in a minor fender bender while in the drive-thru at this location. One of the employees informed me that, if I needed access to security footage, I should reach out to one of the assistant managers.
Following that advice, I contacted Assistant Manager Jocelyn to request the footage. Unfortunately, the interaction was not handled professionally. When I asked, “Is this Jocelyn?” she initially responded, “No, this isn’t her.” I then clarified, asking, “Is this the assistant manager at Caliche’s?” to which she replied yes, implying that she was indeed Jocelyn. When I requested the footage, she abruptly said, “I’m too busy right now,” and ended the call.
I also reached out to another assistant manager, Meghan, via text, but did not receive a response. Ultimately, I was able to obtain the footage by contacting the main manager, who was helpful and professional.
The overall place is good, although, the assistant managers should be more professional with how they handle these types of situations.
