Great desserts! I got a strawberry malt there that was great and on another occasion some fudge brownie thing that had me passing out in a sugar coma an hour later. Totally worth it for occasional treats or more frequent if you have someone to share with.

Went to Caliche’s last night (12/30) to get ice cream. We checked the website and Google to make sure they were open - everywhere we looked said they close at 10pm. We pull up to the window at 9:12pm, and the employee said they were closed. We told them we checked online and everywhere said they close at 10pm, but she said they had new times posted on the windows saying they close at 9pm. We drove off, and I called at 9:13 to talk to someone about the new hours. No one answered. We were still close by, so we went back. By the time we had gotten there, there were at least 8-10 other cars in and out of the drive thru line wanting to order.
If hours are going to be changed then it needs to be updated across internet platforms as we checked everywhere - Facebook, Caliches website, Google, Google Maps, etc., and not just on the window.

I've had great experiences in the past but i am very disappointed in this trip, the buns were stale and tasted off almost a detergent or soap taste. The hot dog as you can see was grey and discolored tasted awful no telling how long it had been sitting out. very unhappy with this!!!!!!
Love the custard and ice cream here it's so full of flavors and fresh as well!

Me and my fiance went here for the first time and we absolutely LOVE this place we will definitely be coming here again soon! They have such friendly service and amazing treats!

Oh my gosh, this is a must stop if you are looking for something that will stop that sweet craving. I had the fruit custard, yummy. My friend had the pumpkin custard. Wow! Very happy we stopped, everyone should visit if you are coming to Roswell or just passing through.

Not from NM and had to try the Hatch green chile sundae!! YUM!!! Highly recommend! Wish I could get this where I live.The staff was super friendly, too!
