Ordered through doordash, order came promptly, no issues with that part of the order. Our food was atrocious, first of all, I ordered 2 of the same burger combos (one single, one double) and they managed to make one wrong, the beef had a horrible freezer burned taste, everything was ICE COLD, like REALLY cold, cheese wasn't melted on sandwiches. Fries were pale and cold, and the onion rings were cold and hard. It's my own fault I've had negative experiences here before, but I figured hey I'll try again! Nope most definitely will not be going back.

Went to get some food and the lady at the drive thru didn’t ask what size I wanted and just said “I have your total at the window” after I said I’d like a large she got upset and decided to hand me my soda filled too much so it got all over my jacket, car, and when I asked for napkins she got upset at ME like she didn’t hand me a soda bomb for asking for the size I wanted. There are so many fast food places around here and the disrespect will guarantee I’ll never be back I’ll just get it from whataburger from now on. Thanks for not wanting my money!

My Wife and I stop there every so often when we can afford to go out to eat. We are both retired. There is one girl who works there and is a outstanding worker. She deserves to be a manager there. An absolute mess.... got 1 blizzard and 1 brownie confectioners cup. The blizzard was a sloppy mess. The cup was half edible due to the brownie being burnt or old. They had construction so couldn't get close to the window. They had a girl in a vest passing from the windows to the car. She was just eating and taking bites between cars. I get that you are working and you need to eat as well, but either do it in the back or on break. NOT WHILE PASSING OUT ORDERS, ITS DISGUSTING. When I asked if she was really eating between orders there she laughed and said " I sure am"

Haven't had DQ in ages! I got the chicken strip basket and it was everything I wanted.
I was not warned that their machine was not working properly. The lady simply handed me the Blizzard and said she could not flip it because the ice cream was soft today.
It was all melted before I even stuck a spoon in it.
