I was visiting Roswell the past couple days..this place is way..way..way better than starbucks... Although..the employee's weren't smiling..all seemed very busy.. thank you for really great coffee!

What a fun stop on our trip. The coffee was good as always and the service was terrific. The young lady who waited on us was very pleasant though her strangely shaped eyes and greenish skin was a bit disconcerting. Also noted that she had seven fingers on each hand. Sort of reminded us of something we had seen before but couldn't quite put a finger on it. Oh well, lovely experience overall.

There are complications, especially with the dunkin' Donuts app. It can become very complicated when you're trying to use it to navigate around and to add on bonus or points when I asked someone about it, my concern was but the other two items were not located. I became very concerned and ask why not the assistant manager with short and snappy responses. I asked her to calm down but she insisted on arguing with me. I speak Spanish so I asked her to come down in Spanish and she went on a tirade. I went back and had this resolved by the general manager. But I think the whole incident should never take place

Before the flood, This is/was one of the cleanest food places I have ever been in, restrooms clean, just everything is clean here, the owner, managers and staff are by far the most amazing and wonderful people, I'm going to miss Roswell Dunkin Donuts ?

Everytime I come here I have a bad time. I have several reviews to leave from several experiences but this last time was really frustrating. Waited 10 minutes for a kolache with a ton of people working and only one lady ahead of me. I assumed it was ready or I would have never ordered it. They always put my donuts in a bag and by the time I get home it’s always all melted to the bag. Use a different container maybe idk

What can I say apart from its donuts, coffee and ice cream. Dunkin is a big company, however the one here is more like a small town shop than a big conglomerate. Bright smiles, happy attitudes, wide selection, good coffee and all of this at 8am. Their Pumpkin Spice (white girl fuel) and their Chai are both fantastic. Their donuts are wonderful and the spider ones are 4 year old approved. Downside is drive thru to parking situation during busy times. I had to wait almost 20 minutes before I could find a way to exit due to the line for drive through almost going around the block.
With all that said, it's worth it for a donut and a coffee.
Parking: Plenty of spots to park, however the drive through line goes right through the parking area. Which in turn makes it fairly difficult to park and exit.
Kid-friendliness: Donuts and ice cream, nuf said ?
Wheelchair accessibility: It has a ramp to help out.
