Everyone is super friendly here and the restaurant is very clean. It is way better than McDonald's. The croissants are fluffy and flakey and buttery.

This is so funny because I wanted to come post about how big the donuts are here- maybe not big, but how donuts used to be! They were also so fresh, I wish we would have bought more.
The young man working was super! He was patient while my non-verbal nephew ordered. Thank you!

Service was extremely slow. I ordered munchkins, a donut, and a bagel and it took well over 10 minutes to receive them all. I had to remind the workers to get my munchkins after finally receiving my bagel too.

Dunkin probably has the worst customer service you can imagine. I frequently go in and the dirty looks you get from the staff are very unwelcoming. I stood at the counter and all the staff saw me never greeted me. I had to say loudly excuse me and even then they just look at you they dont even ask how they can help. It all falls on management and maybe the corporation needs to be aware of all the staff. Its a get your drink and get out type of environment. I'd suggest some staff training on customer service. I own my own business and if my staff acted such as. I would defiantly not be in business.

Was attempting to give my order the young lady repeated my order incorrectly so I politely corrected her and she proceeded by informing me she’s right so I received my order incorrectly

The cashiers were having a really tough time. The girl taking the orders could not figure out how to work the register. She finally had to have somebody come over and help her and that just made her more confused. And then they messed up my wife's coffee. Needs more training in this place.

I had to edit my review as I went to the drivethru, and the woman was really sharp and threw my iced doughnuts in a bag with the icing DOWN.... and basically threw the bag at me. I will not go back for doughnuts for a long time, at least not on an afternoon in the drivethru.
I was absolutely thrilled that I could get coffee and just BACON as a snack order!
