El Coco Pirata Roswell

Was taken by the place the second we got there. Service was awesome, atmosphere was fantastic and cool to be in, the food outstanding. The sushi/fusion and menu overall is something unlike anywhere else in Roswell. We can't wait to go back and take others.

My first time visit to El Coco Pirata. Nice friendly reception, when I came in. Seated right away. The I ordered the marlin fish tacos. I highly recommend them. They come with a sauce that looks like maybe an avocado sauce of some sort, with some delicious spice to it. They were not little skimpy tacos either, my hungry appetite was satisfied when I left. Muy Bueno Amigos!

During our recent visit we had the pleasure of enjoying a truly experience and taste of a Sinaloa’s cuisine. Couldn’t ask for more, clean establishment, great service and amazing sushi :) plus a little chat with the owner.

The service was fine but the food looked better than it tasted. My meal came with rice and a “salad”. The salad clearly came out of a bag with some store brand Italian dressing dumped on it. The rice was undercooked.

The music was so loud that it prevented conversation. Everyone in the place was yelling over each other to be heard so the general feel was chaotic and deafening.

The food was good but bit expensive i guess that's why there are no prices on the menu, it like a little surprise. They could even be over charging u. Other than that it was good food.

Very good experience, we sat outside and they brought some lights because it was getting dark. Waitress and I believe the owner and manager came to check up on us multiple times and the staff is very friendly. It's the first time me and my husband have tried this place in Roswell, but my parents really like it and recommended it. The only thing is that there is a bit of a difference in the taste of the sushi between the restaurant in Roswell and their other location in Hobbs. I prefer the taste of the sushi from hobbs, but every dish was still really good. Would really recommend.
