El Toro Bravo Bakery is a small mom and pop Mexican bakery nestled in downtown Roswell, New Mexico that caters to Mexican sweet bread and other items as well. The owner came in while we were shopping and greeted us with a warm welcome and made us feel at home. The Concha sweet breads are very soft and large and super delicious!! If you are ever in Roswell, I highly recommend this Mexican bakery for your next stop for sweet bread!!
Lots of selections for pastries. Mexican pastries were soft and not too sweet. Twisted donuts were not very fresh. Tamales were very authentic and tasty. Friendly staff, will be back next time!
This was our 3rd or 4th choice for dinner on a Saturday night and we ended up sorry that we landed here. They were nearly empty, which should have been our first clue that the food was nothing to write home about. Neither was the service. Would not repeat a visit them.
