Good location, but compared to the food available elsewhere in New Mexico solidly disappointing. Green chili tamales that are smothered in sauce but still somehow dry? Salsa that doesn't have the characteristic heat of salsa in new Mexico? It's not awful, but I was let down by the high expectations I had. I could eat the same meal back home.
Service was fine, although a bit to be desired. My cup definitely emptied, and having to wait for the check after the conclusion of the meal is always annoying. Overall, though, not massive complaints.
Atmosphere, on the other hand, was incredible. Beautiful restaurant.

Got the family special half mix and match of grill chicken and carne asada. It came with rice bean and onion side. Good portions for two persons. Every thing was really tasty and flavorful, with a resonable price. Will definitely go again ,try a dessert aswell,if we are around Roswell.

We ordered the chicken and carnitas mix and match platter, which came with rice, charro beans, and sauces with onion and cilantro, and of course, tortillas. It's definitely a recommended plate for two people, as the portions are quite generous, and you have the option of sharing both types of meat.
The grilled chicken is delicious; it was our favorite. The chicken is juicy and the skin is crispy. The carnitas are also good, flavorful and juicy.
We ordered melon and hibiscus water; both drinks were very refreshing and had the perfect amount of sweetness.
The place is very nice, it has a family-friendly atmosphere and they also have a bar area. It's very clean and the waiters are constantly attentive in case you need anything else, and they are friendly.
I definitely recommend it 100% if you're passing through and want to eat some excellent charcoal-grilled chicken.

It's just a place to stop, eat, and move on. It has no entertainment or anything that makes it special. It's not real Mexican food, it lacks flavor, and for what they offer, it's expensive. I wouldn't recommend it if there are other options for better Mexican food in the area.

The food was not enjoyable at all, the service was terrible—the staff was distracted, playing around with each other instead of paying attention—and the food was served cold. As for the drinks, you can definitely find much better options elsewhere.
