This place is tip based. They require a tip for below bare minimum effort. Very expensive. Avoid this place.

Pictured below is the food I received.Notice anything? There’s nothing there. We ordered food on door dash to pickup in person, and it was asking for a tip. We declined. No delivery. No table side service. No reason to tip. It’s just the food we’re receiving. However, Eli’s apparently wants money for the food and a tip to make the food, and our order was cancelled and refunded. It’s already expensive food, If they want more money in their pocket, just charge even more for the items. Don’t expect a tip for doing the literal bare minimum.Recommend avoiding this place.

I moved here recently and decided to try out this place, hands down, some of the best food I've ever had. I came back 2 days after my first visit and brought some friends, and I could tell it made the guy's day. The food was amazing, and sure, there was a small wait on our Philly Cheese Steaks, but it's the best Philly I've had in a while. Plus, it was just one guy running everything, so it's easy to have so much patience for him. It's a good place that definitely should be getting so much more business.

Got the chicken Alfredo. Was under seasoned, used spaghetti instead of fettuccine (though they never called it fettuccine Alfredo, to their credit). There is a credit card surcharge so my $13.75 meal came out to almost $17.

This food had not been seasoned at all, was cold and just NASTY ?
Guy who took my order was annoyed that I called and seemed annoyed when I picked it up. Food was luke warm and bland tasting. Then we received a 1/4 chicken wing in our wing order. It was a 6 wing order. It was obviously a piece of a wing and Guy still sent it out. Not sure who that Guy is but he sure is not helping your business grow.

I never thought my first review would be bad and I hate to leave one star but my boyfriend and I ate here and my spaghetti was bland, hard, and moldy. My boyfriends food was cold and hot, the food was just not good at all, This place definitely needs to get inspected, someone could seriously get sick. We were really hoping for a different experience.

We ate cheeseburgers. Our dinners were out to us quickly. The tea is excellent. Plenty of fries. Dining area was kept clean and neat.

Sparse on the decor but the size of the doughnuts totally makes up for it.
Ginormous bakery goods.

Donuts, Donuts, donuts… we were out looking for donuts and my wife spotted this place. You would never think to stop here but you should for donuts. The cinnamon rolls are as big as flying saucers and the cherry fritter is out of this world. The maple donut was better than watching an alien autopsy. Now let’s talk about the cookies. Any cookie that has two types of icing on it has to be good right? We had a pumpkin shaped cookie, a Turkey shaped cookie and a tree shaped cookie. Oh the taste is as good as my grandmothers bakery that I grew up eating this type of sugar cookie. Oh man I can’t even describe the experience of those cookies. They had huge pies, cannolis, macaroons lemon squares and brownies. If you miss this out of world experience you are out of your mind. I may never travel back to Roswell but if I do, it will be just to come back here. Oh my… amazing experience. The staff was very helpful, oh yeah I forgot the also have cake pops. I didn’t get one of these but we may be back for dessert after dinner. I’m telling you, stop here, and get the cherry fritter. It was so good and I’m not a big fan of cherry. We would have never stopped here based on the outside because we would have thought it just a French type bistro. We would have missed the best donuts…
