Hometown place with good food. I have eaten at Fat's for 4 days a week two times a day Tuesday through Friday for the last two months here in Roswell, New Mexico. I've eaten from fried eggs to Steak sandwiches. I've never had a bad meal. The service is outstanding with good people. I eat inside the restaurant. I can say it's clean and well maintained. Best damn place in Roswell.

Worst burrito I ever had ! The tortillas hard it had 6 little pieces of steak might as well been a potatoes burrito for $6. Allsups has a better burrito for less money too
