Had breakfast for dinner and Elijah M was our waiter. He was literally the only one running the restaurant and I must say I appreciate his patience and fantastic service. Give this man a raise .

I haven't eaten at this IHOP since I lived in Roswell 11 years ago until now. The food was quite good then & it was always packed. Not so this time. The food was adequate, but that's about the best I can do. The restrooms were a wreck, needed cleaning & repairs. The atmosphere has not changed since it was built. Service, excellent. Our waitress was very attentive & friendly. There are better breakfast restaurants in Roswell.

First let me say I have only ever had 1 other rude waitress at any IHOP I have ever visited. The food is usually pretty good never bad. Also would like to mention I only left 3 stars because the other part of my breakfast was good and everybody else also enjoyed their food. I want to mention I never, never, never leave a bad review only good ones, but... last night we had the worst service. We sat down the waitress was semi polite although she was complaining about her day. Ok, not too bad, right? We ordered and asked for crepes but did not want the Cinnabon stuff on top we would like fruit. We asked her several times if they were the rolled stuffed ones and she said yes, and knew what we were talking about. When they came they weren't stuffed. No biggie, right? Just send them back and have it fixed. She huffed and sighed very annoyed, didn't bring anymore cream for my husband's coffee until we were paying, never filled up our granddaughters kiddie sprite, we couldn't get her attention, she slammed our plates down when she brought back our supposed fixed food that was not even cooked all the way through it was very doughy. I could hear her complaining to a couple that she was sorry for not getting back to their table she was swamped with 3 tables and she was by herself. The whole time we were there she stayed behind the counter. She was extremely unprofessional, rude, and if I had to ask her for anything she acted like it was a big inposition. That made our dining experience very uncomfortable for us, my son, and grandaughter.

I'd give it a 0 if I could. Gluten-free pancakes were sour and was told that's how they always are. I've been to multiple ihops and have never had sour pancakes and the waiter was pretty rude

Personally, I like raspberry syrup and they only carry strawberry and blueberry, so I think they should make the switch.
Quality of Service way down. Use to come here often. Ordered a bacon avocado burger. Came in 1st without bacon and cheese crispy and burnt on. I asked for a new one. Within 5 min they return with the same burger, same burnt cheese with a few sprinkles of cheese on top with bacon. I sent back and the cook and waiter talked on about it. We weren’t checked on often as usual. Had to get up a lot. Being a small town it would be great to see this place back up on its feet. Date and time of visit August 28th 2025 at 12:30ish for management reference.

Horrible service and wait time . And the ac was leaking water onto me . Also the waiter seemed to get really moody after she was given a small tip for her Horrible service she was rude didn't check on us and overall it was just a bad experience

August 2025 We came in for breakfast this morning. My order was a little strange but our waitress made it happen. I ordered strawberry crepes, egg omh, sausage and hash browns with sauteed mushrooms and onions topped with cheese. There were huge pieces of onion with the skin still attached. The crepe was burnt. The hash browns were hard and burnt. $15 for a plate of disappointment. I understand you guys are busy. But this was terrible. Stop rushing and put some love in your food.

Super great service and extremely helpful staff. We had a party of 26 and they did a great job of taking care of all of us promptly. Food was all very good. Staff so friendly and nice.
